My reason for posting this review is to warn others about Dillard's Septic (an owner operator…read morebusiness). On Wednesday 4/14/2021 we had a 9 AM appointment for Dillard's to empty our in-ground septic tank. No one was going to be home, so we arranged in advance with Dillard's to leave their check payment in a location on our property. Fortunately for us, one of our outdoor security cams captured a very clear caught-on-camera video footage of Dillard's showing up to our house, looking into our garage to see if anyone was home, grabbing the payment and placing it inside the truck, then he decides to take a short stroll in our backyard towards where our sewer is located, he gets back in his truck and leaves without cleaning our sewer! It didn't make any logical sense to us that he would show up to his job site for a 9 AM appointment with no gas in his tank or other necessary tools to do the job. We asked them to return our check and they came back and did just that. We had a slight hope that Dillard's would've attempted to correct the issue when they returned to drop off our payment but they didn't. So, be warned folks! DO NOT use Dillard's Septic, as there's a real chance they have or will never actually empty your septic! Likely so that you will have no choice but to call them back for the big repair job when your system fails entirely!
