We had a 200 person wedding and my parents' home was the site of the reception. We knew their house couldn't handle all that volume so we got 'fancy' portable bathrooms. There were two women's rooms and one men's room. Each had a small trash can, paper towel dispenser, air freshner, toilet (urinal in the mens' room). They have AC units and lights outside as well as occupied/vacant indicators above the doors. Great service and clean facilities. We will utilize Freedom Septic again for our next big party!

Here we are a little over a week later, and all the ground around it is caving in, and I'm still being called by the wrong name.

A worker arrived to install an access cover, consisting of seriously heavy-gauge ribbed PVC and a screw-down plug with gasket. With the piles of hand-dug dirt and as quickly as reasonably possible, he re-buried the hole. The access was at ground level with the cover placed on top. Nobody should have the huge problem finding it I did. The second gentleman arrived not long afterward and pumped the tank, including back-washing it to get some stubborn bottom sludge. He inspected the interior and gave me some excellent advice and insight. He screwed down the cover screws, loaded up his rig and left. "We will send you the bill," he had told me. All professional. You'd think someone working in this line of work might be bitter but both gentleman exhibited upbeat attitudes, intellect, and professional efficiency. Highly recommended.

Last Wednesday (2/26/2025), he told me that he would come out on Sunday (3/2/2025) (i.e. FOUR day's wait), at 10 or 10:30am, to check on a leaking water line. Well, HE NEVER SHOWED UP, nor did he even have the decency to give me a courtesy call or text, to let me know what happened and/or why he couldn't make it (and he could have easily just rescheduled the service call, for another time). By 11am, I texted him, but never received a response. At 2pm, I texted him again, and STILL, no response. At 4pm, I called him, and, of course, he didn't answer his phone. I literally never heard a word from him, at all... The previous time [only other time] that he had come to my house, I gave him a $45 tip (on a $105 invoice; yes, a 43% tip), as well as a glowing review here on Yelp, because he had stayed late at my house, in order to fix my water heater lines, and he had also stayed in touch with me, to let me know that he was running late at another job. I had even recommended him to a friend of mine, and now, she's like, "Oh, heck no, I won't be calling him now, because I don't have the time or patience to deal with people like that." So, now, my water line has been leaking for four more days, and now, I STILL have to find someone else to come out to fix it, before I will be able to leave out of town. Obviously, if he had just told me that he couldn't do it, I could have already hired someone else to fix it, in the meantime.
