Mike was friendly and efficient, and knew exactly what our problem was and how to remedy it. We had NO experience with septic issues prior to moving into our house in Gaithersburg. We had to order replacement parts for our septic grinder from out of state, but Mike knew where to direct us, and told us we didn't need the elaborate setup we'd had previously, therefore saving us money. As soon as the parts arrived he was back and had us up and running very quickly. When we had other issues, he came out to look at our system, and again fixed the problem right away.
