The service was great. They arrived on time as scheduled and were very professional. The price was reasonable as well.

Recommend. They cleaned out the clogged main drain line from my house, which had roots in it. The next day the clog came back, and so R&E Chief Septic returned, re-dug down into the soil with a back-hoe, found they missed some roots, and re-cleaned the pipe thoroughly, at no additional charge. Terrible waste of my time. Showed up for scheduled appointment outside of the scheduled time window, barely spoke English, not wearing masks as the website advertised. They told me they couldn't do the job unless I had my front/backyard fence demolished and they could drive their truck over my front lawn and into my backyard, then left. What??? Pumping septic does not require demolition / rebuilding a fence. Every other company just parks in the street and brings a hose through the fence gate. Besides totally stupid, completely impossible as it would have destroyed the county's drain in the right-of-way. Do not hire these clowns under any circumstance. read more

Came urgently on a Sunday after our septic backed up and we had standing water in areas of our basement. This happened During covid quarantine- they came wearing gloves and masks. First they emptied our septic tank and then found there was a likely clog. Another crew member came later the same day and was able to unclog and explain his findings - he used a camera scope as well and explained what we were seeing on the screen. Very reasonable pricing and prompt service. They spent a lot of time and effort working on the clog. Highly recommend! read more

I highly recommend R & E Chief. Was having problems with the floor drain in the basement backing up. I called to have the septic pumped and they were at my house within 30 minutes (apparently I was located on their route home). They located the septic and dug up the cover. Pumped us out and then told me what to try to clear the drain as well as what I should do to maintain the septic in the future. When they left they buried the cover and replaced the sod on top. Very reasonably priced and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I will definitely be using them again in the future! read more

My husband and I have been a very happy customer for a few years now, but they have really proven themselves to be a company that goes above and beyond with regards to customer service. I'm 9 months pregnant and we started having plumbing/septic issues and weren't able to use the water in our house. R&E Chief came out, pumped our septic, and informed us of a likely damaged septic pipe. I was freaking out that I would soon give birth and have to bring my newborn home to a house without plumbing. R&E Chief fixed everything as soon as possible (and at a significantly lower cost than a quote we had from a family friend plumber), making me one very happy mommy-to-be! They came to pump my septic. A repair was needed. The price was reasonable. I was not able to be home at the time of the repair. Upon inspection the next day there was a new cover. They even replaced the sod around it, cleaned up all the dirt and removed the bricks that the previous owner had burried from a previous shoddy repair and used it to line my flower bed.
