John is fantastic. Day after Christmas our drain backed up and RotoRooter came and cleared it out after hours. The tech said the dirt and sand on his auger made him think broken pipe out to the septic tank. John came the next day, pumped out and confirmed the problem - there was gravel/rocks in the bottom of the septic tank. He came back and replaced our pipe the next week - when he was very much under the weather and should have postponed!
