They just show up when you are in the middle of something. Zero communication with this company unless it is time to get your CC number and payment. They travel at warp speed to payment. But the delays and the totally inexcusable lack of proactive communication warrants a 1-star deduction. It took a period of about 8 weeks for them to replace the clean-out cap to my dry-well and they did not initiate a single call to keep me updated on the status of securing the part. I know that we are in the midst of a pandemic that makes every work task more complicated, but I personally find the total absence of proactive, authentic communication to be maddening. The cap finally got installed today, so I've given my rating a 1-star bump to 3-stars. But I'll still be looking for a different septic service that offers significant improvement in proactive communication, even if I have to pay a little more for it.

After having been treated so well, I wouldn't dream of using anyone else to replace the septic system! I read the other review listed and can't figure out what they were talking about. Yes, their price was a little higher; however, if you actually compare the inspection you get from the different companies in our county the price difference is because they do a completely different job. One company does not pump the tank before inspection - Legacy does. Legacy actually follows the State recommendations for how to complete the inspection. Their competitor does not. So, 'you get what you pay for' applies. Do you want to really know what you're dealing with or just have a signed piece of paper for the bank? We actually wanted to know what we were buying. Quite honestly, they just saved us $20,000-30,000 off our purchase price because of the septic. They were even able to make some unrelated suggestions which ended up saving my family more $$$$$'s.
