We came to an agreement, and he started almost immediately on the job. He had a full crew which enabled them to get our job done in a very timely manner. Communication with Dan and this business has been smooth and professional. The scheduled window of time I expected someone to arrive was between 8 and 10am. I received a message just before 7am that Dan would arrive at 8:30, which was indeed his arrival time. We did a house walkthrough and discussed what rooms needed cleaning and what needed done. Dan brought his own equipment and steam sanitized my floors, and cleaned throughout. This was a preliminary deep cleaning appointment and unfortunately his helper called off, but wow, this guy is a workhorse. In just a few hours he cleaned my house top to bottom and left things in good order. Floors look great, surfaces all look cleaned well, I'm very very pleased. The only area lacking was dusting (only noted in my bedroom) but I had a lot of clutter and we didn't discuss that. At 12:03 you sent a picture text message saying you were leaving which now makes sense because you can't keep track of your own schedule. Then when I finally get ahold you, you realize your time was wrong and say the appointment was 12-2 and you have a "5 minute waiting period". He asked for pictures of the windows; I obliged by texting several pictures to him and confirming how many windows needed attention. He arrived late the day of my appointment and, upon seeing the windows in person, said that he did not realize that my windows were brown; the caulk that he brought was white. He said it would be best to go and get the proper color caulk and looked up hardware stores near my residence. He found that there were three within a mile of my house. He leaves to go buy the caulk, calls me 20 minutes later and says that he decided to go to Home Depot -- which is at least 6 miles and 25 minutes away. When he returns and completes the work, he charges me for the time spent going to and from Home Depot. I expressed that I should not pay for him being unprepared, but unwilling to argue with a man I had just met, I paid the invoice. I am grateful not to have done the work myself, but would not recommend working with this young man without a firm commitment about the price and his preparedness. I received offers from other vendors willing to complete the work and recommend that anyone thinking of hiring this gentleman explores their options before settling.

Last Wednesday (2/26/2025), he told me that he would come out on Sunday (3/2/2025) (i.e. FOUR day's wait), at 10 or 10:30am, to check on a leaking water line. Well, HE NEVER SHOWED UP, nor did he even have the decency to give me a courtesy call or text, to let me know what happened and/or why he couldn't make it (and he could have easily just rescheduled the service call, for another time). By 11am, I texted him, but never received a response. At 2pm, I texted him again, and STILL, no response. At 4pm, I called him, and, of course, he didn't answer his phone. I literally never heard a word from him, at all... The previous time [only other time] that he had come to my house, I gave him a $45 tip (on a $105 invoice; yes, a 43% tip), as well as a glowing review here on Yelp, because he had stayed late at my house, in order to fix my water heater lines, and he had also stayed in touch with me, to let me know that he was running late at another job. I had even recommended him to a friend of mine, and now, she's like, "Oh, heck no, I won't be calling him now, because I don't have the time or patience to deal with people like that." So, now, my water line has been leaking for four more days, and now, I STILL have to find someone else to come out to fix it, before I will be able to leave out of town. Obviously, if he had just told me that he couldn't do it, I could have already hired someone else to fix it, in the meantime. But, stupid me, here I was trying to give him some repeat business, as well as some new business (from my friend). Unfortunately, after this ignorance, I definitely can't recommend him to anyone...
