They always do our clean-out, and the last time they came to the house the gentleman took the time to explain my entire system and answer all my questions. Very poor quality company! Avoid at all costs! Robyn hung the phone up on me! She was very unprofessional and cost me time and money. She canceled my appointment with out any notice and refused to return my phone calls. These are not the type people to deal with if you are looking for a professional company. I'm surprised that Rolfe has her dealing with the customers since she is a very abrasive person. Read the other reviews, she's hung up on other people too. I called several places to compare how they perform septic inspections. Several said they would perform a hydrolic load test, to ensure that the system can handle the pressure of using the system. This would show that the system has no leaks and is intact. Next the system would be pumped and visually inspected. Keep in mind, I'm new to understanding septic systems, how they work, what should be done etc. When I asked Robyn @ Robyn's Septic why they don't perform their inspection the same way, she became very defensive, almost hysterical and yelled at me. I asked her not to yell at me, I attempted to explain that I was only trying to understand the reasoning behind why they do or don't do it the way some of the other companies I spoke to do did. I wasn't accusatory or rude to her in any way. I was literally trying to understand. She then hung up on me...! What kind of a business owner behaves like that...?!!!! I've never experienced treatment like that from an employee of a business, let alone the owner. I'm not sure how this place stays in business treating customers that way...I will certainly never be a customer of Robyn's. To me, this is a sign that either what they do isn't adequate, they don't understand, or they're just rude and unprofessional. There was no reason for this kind of behavior in response to a logical question. I found a different company who possessed the capacity, professionalism, and knowledge to fully explain what they do, and why they do it to ensure your system is functioning as it should. Unacceptable customer service! They do not call you when they say they will - they do not follow thru. But When you go somewhere else for service they ask where you went. They contradict their inspection reports and leave you puzzled with no follow up answer to a question.. Very disappointed. read more

We hired Robyn's Septic Services to inspect the septic system, well yield test and water sampling for a property we were purchasing. A "package deal" for all 3 tests. The well yield inspection passed but, unfortunately the septic system failed. With this in mind, the inspector stopped the testing process without collecting water samples. These samples were an "absolute must" to be collected and approved safe in order for our loan to continue being processed. The inspector, which is the owner's husband, told us, including our realtor, he would come back the next day to collect water samples. This did not happen. Instead we were left hanging with a job not completed. Robyn called me at my job 3 times for payment. When asking why the water samples were not collected, she stated, "we were told not too". She could not tell me or my realtor who told the inspector to not get these samples. I did pay the company full price, minus $10 for my trouble. I called Robyn Septic back to get an estimate for new septic system and have water samples collected. She started throwing out all theses additional fees. Trying to explain I had already paid for water sampling, she began screaming at me to the top of her lungs as if I were an animal. Totally over talking me and hung up the phone. I have never been so insulted or spoke to by anyone like she did me. Robyn is the most unprofessional business owner I have ever come across in my life. If you contact this operation without at least an idea of what the issue / ballpark estimate is, you will be gouged; no question. she is very full of herself, and I personally did not feel that she is trustworthy. read more
