Kevin is absolutely phenomenal!!! My fiancé and I are renting a house with lots of plumbing issues…read more Last night we heard a loud bang and rushing water. I ran upstairs to find gushing water coming from a pipe behind the toilet. We we're able to shut off the main water valve quickly but that meant we had no water to the whole house until the busted valve was fixed. There was also leaking water coming out the ceiling and leaking into the living room below. After several calls with our different property managers, they finally sent out Kevin to help. Kevin came in, saw the child in my arms and the first thing he said was "why didn't they call me sooner if you have a child here!" and I completely agreed! Kevin got straight to work and was very open with us that the pipes in this house are polybutylene which were banded in the 90s due to many lawsuits of them bursting. Kevin let us know that he was completing a quick fix and that he is going to talk to our Property Manager directly about having the pipes in the house changed. Kevin gave us his business card and said to call him right away if we have any other problems. My fiancé and I sat down to finally relax and the crash and rushing water started again! I called Kevin straight away and he turned around and came right back! (This is all happening after 7:00pm). Kevin replaced some piping and talked us through everything he did. He even gave us advice about the drywall that was currently leaking into buckets in the living room below. Even to mention that he would come and replace part of the damaged drywall if the leaking had caused structural damage. Furthermore, he conveyed that he would be willing to to accommodate our schedules to complete the job so that we would not miss out on our daytime work hours. Kevin let us know he tried working things out with our landlord but they decided they don't want to fix the pipes. He definitely went to bat for us when we felt like our property managers weren't listening to our concerns. We recommend Kevin and this company to anyone looking for a good plumber and good person to help when problems arise!

Kevin from Drain Masters was fantastic! Had him clear up a very backed up grease trap pipe for me…read more Very prompt and informative with all communication prior to the job. Gave a very fair price. Arrived right on time. Cleared the pipe completely but also went out of his way to ensure all of the other plumbing pipes within the same area were functioning properly and that water was flowing as it should outside of the prior hired job area. Highly recommend Drain Masters for any plumbing needs.

During the purchase of our home (June 2013), the existing septic system failed the inspection and…read morethe sellers had Beall & Sons install new components of the septic system. In late July / August of 2013, we started to occasionally smell the septic system while we were sitting on our screened in porch. I called Beall & Sons to request that they come by and take a look at the system, as I was concerned that something was not operating properly. This wasnt an emergency call, so they assured me that they would be out within a week or so to take a look. Initially, they thought it was a tightness/sealant issue on the tank lid (if I remember correctly), so they made a quick fix. However, we had the same *lovely* smell while out on the porch that following week. I called Beall & Sons back and the team came back out pretty quickly after that. They did a more intrusive look at the system and determined that the NEW tank (purchased by the seller) had cracked/failed - an issue they had not experienced before with this same manufacturer (that they had used time and time again). To make a long story short -- the company took care of the problem, including (1) going back and forth with the manufacturer to approve a modified installation (pouring concrete base to stabilize the bottom) so that the new tank would remain under warranty; and (2) replacing the tank under warranty for BOTH parts AND labor. The warranty only officially included the parts (the tank), but they stood by the quality of their work, and provided the labor/all services related to this issue (failure of tank due to manufacturer defect) at no additional fee. I'm very pleased with the support that we received from this local company in dealing with this issue, and will definitely be using them again (and recommending them highly).

The Robert F Beall & Sons representative could not fathom how such a phone call could be made.
