Through Yelp, Metavision LLC was a company that promptly inquired about our situation and offered to come and give a free estimate. The gentleman I spoke with, Brian, was very knowledgeable and professional. He came and assessed the situation and assured they would be able to resolve our leak issues. He had to check his schedule and let me know when they would be able to come for the repair. Communication was consistent by phone or text and they were able to come within 3 days. I received the invoice for the work and the amount was reasonably priced compared to the average price for the work we needed done. Water was suppose to flo out into a bucket to properly do backflo. I watched the Alpha plumber do the backflo and he never put water into a bucket as part of the backflo process. I had another plumber come and tell me that alpha plumbing could nothave ever done the backflo without the three brackets attached. The second plumber attached the brackets.
