Eugene Copsey's Services was able to schedule us within the week. 30 minutes past our appointment time, I hadn't heard anything. I called the company to make sure everything was okay, and they kept me updated after contacting our service operator. The truck arrived about 50 minutes after the scheduled time, but we had freed our whole afternoon so it wasn't a problem. The service operator worked hard to pump everything out, despite the hose repeatedly getting clogged. We felt awful because it was a hard job, but the operator was super friendly. The Septic Alarm was going off all night and to remedy the situation they put a long extension cord on the Pump which runs all the way across my back yard over to my deck. I was told at least six to eight months ago they would take care of this problem and get someone out their to check it. Well as of this day the cord is still running across my back yard and I have made several calls and no one even answers the phone. I need someone to come out and fix this problem, Please!
