We had old plans for the location of the distribution box and drain field lines. Using their equipment they were able to sound it out and located the box about 25' from where the plan said it was supposed to be. Unfortunately, when it was dung up for inspection, we saw a failing distribution box (43 years old) that had sunk on one side and begun to degrade. Under a tight time line, Mike and his team were able to replace it and the manifold lines to the drain field. Quality of their installation work was excellent. Prices were fair and they did a great job dressing the lawn with grass seed and straw after leveling it out. My only suggestion for improvement is how they manage their phones. It is rare to ever speak directly with someone when you call. The online scheduling tools also have a bit of a lag in responsiveness. I know their work is worth the inconvenience of having to wait for your calls or online submission to be responded to 24 hours or more later but I would hope this is something they might give more attention to as new customers may be turned off by what they might perceive as a lack of timely response. Over all, I was really pleased to have these folks come through for me when we were under a tight timeline to close on our sale and they ensured our buyers will have an excellent, reliable system for many, many years.

He stopped by the same day, was transparent about how to analyze and determine the cause of the backup. At the end of the day, his guesses and assumptions were accurate, and he even gave us multiple pieces of advice on how to avoid this problem from happening again in the future, probably saving us hundreds if not thousands of dollars. As a professional builder myself, I have worked with hundreds of contractors and subcontractors, and I can say without a doubt that Rick and his son Jesse are the team you want to call to solve your septic problems. They are honest, reliable, reasonably priced, and professional in both work and manners. Thank you, guys, for saving the day! Instead of lifting the small section of sod to access the septic tank drain they left a pile of dirt mixed with the grass sections. their response was "we do not do land scaping". She did say they were booked up for a few weeks, but she would try to squeeze me in. The following week they were coming out on Monday, but it snowed. I received a phone call promptly from Deena informing me that the roads were not safe and they will be out at noon the next day. The next day came, and they showed up a few minutes early. I was greeted by a gentleman from Extreme PSI he told me they were here to pump out the septic, and they work with SeptiClean when they get busy. In short, they did a fantastic job! They did not disturb any of the surrounding grass or soil. The were very careful with my property as the truck weighed a lot and they were worried it might slide down the inclined driveway. The supervisor let me know that they parked at the top of hill and will run extra hose needed to compensate for the distance. I highly recommend SeptiClean/Extreme PSI and I will call them again.

My shop vac was to the right of us as I was using it to get the water up the day before. I told them I can use it myself, they said no no sir, we have our own shop vac we'll use to get the water up. They said verbatim "we'll take care of the water." Well, they did not. They cleaned the lines doing the hydro jet and apparently got my dad to cut them a check while leaving my laundry room and the adjacent bathroom, flooded with nasty-soot filled water. It's amazing how they didn't check with me prior to finishing, they just told my pops who's 77 and struggles to get downstairs they were finished, and we took them at their word. I guess if they checked with me, I would have asked them to suck up the water, hm starting to make sense now? Don't cut corners: if someone says one thing to me directly, makes me trust them only to avoid following through, makes me want a chunk of my money back. Then, when I called and spoke to Malinda to get answers as to why they left the area flooded and in worse condition, they had the audacity to say it was like that before they got there and that I needed to call I sanitation specialist because they don't deal with that. It ain't your fault Malinda, but damn how do you make a mess and not take responsibility for it? I appreciate your companies response time in getting out here, but my before and after pictures speak for themselves: you didn't finish the job properly, and the two guys who came out knew they weren't done but took advantage of me in that I was not the one paying. They lied to my father, said they were done and left. Now I'm stuck with puddles in my carpet outside the bathroom. Shake my damn head. Thousand bucks for 30 minutes of work, and they couldn't do what they said and get the water off the floor. There's more water and sewage in places it's never been, appreciate the warning. Why would you guys assure me you'll do something, only to not do that one thing. Now you guys suggest calling another company to clean the mess yall made. Who does that.. it's evident you do not care about your customers.
