They wanted to come back and charge me $3000 more to "fix" a pipe that had no problems.

BUYER BEWARE - Rooterman, like most plumbing companies I contacted, would not quote a price for…read moreclearing a main sewer line blockage. They wanted a $89 dispatch fee to give me a quote. So no matter who you might select, you still pay fees for just getting a quote. This company previously serviced my main sewer line to clear a clog in 8/2023 for a price of $349, which included the clean out service and a visual camera inspection to verify the line was cleared out. This time they came to service my line on 9/15/2026 and told me the pricing had changed. The cost to clean out the line was now $600 and the cost to inspect the line to verify the work removed the clog was an additional $400 for a total of $1000. Although the technicians were great and provided good service, the costs are astronomical. Just very disappointed the costs have tripled in 3 years.
