Customers and employees have bad days, as…read morewell as good ones, who's to say you'll have the same experience as the person who left the review in the first place? But I felt like I needed to write this, as a thanks to the employees who helped me today. so I went into uncle Stu's on my little brothers recommendation to pick up some kratom. I knew it was going to be more expensive than what I'm used to (65 for a kilo), and it was. But the two guys who were working were super nice, even though i was prolly a little (unintentionally) rude. I asked for 40grams of their red maeng da. Dude said it would be 45, but then gave me a 5 dollar discount. That was nice enough, and I said thanks and I appreciated it. However, when I got home, and weighed the bag they gave me, it weighed out to 200g's. That's quite the hook up, and I have a feeling they did it on purpose. I foolishly said I'd never come back cause it was too expensive, but if you don't buy online like I do, I HIGHLY suggest going here. The staff is great, and as you can see, they take care of their customers, even when they're cantankerous and (unintentionally) rude like I was.

Go back into the store to show the guy and he argues with me about putting it on the charger. I explain to him that I've never in my life had to plug a vape in right after getting it.
