They have many items in bulk, a large fruit and vegetable section, prepared items, meat and seafood and all the seasonings, rice, and noodles. We purchased a bunch of prepared food since we were hungry and the food stalls hadn't opened yet. Prices were normal Asian food prices - they did have a few sales going on. Overall we loved it and hope to bring a cooler and dry ice next time!

These are big time $$$ differences and they add up. Watch out! As a consumer they should honor their mistakes. They said I should read. Today, I didn't bring my readers, sorry. But when you see 10 items on the shelf above the $9.99 sign, you would automatically think okay, it's $9.99, but at the register it's $12.99. I snapped a picture to prove that there were more than one box above the price. (I could have clapped back and said then your workers should read and be able to put things on the right shelf). Produce that's rotten is sold so make sure you are opening up boxes and packages. Wish I took pictures of the rotting produce. At least I didn't buy those. Saw my receipt that they charged $1.29/lb for my Korean radish which should have been 79 cents. UGH! Guys, pay attention to how they are ringing you up. Two transactions in a row with multiple mistakes. I asked to talk with the manager. The female worker said she is not here and will come at 12noon. Then said actually will come tomorrow. Went to the Customer Service desk and the guy there said the manager is in the bathroom. Both workers started to talk to each other in Spanish. The female worker telling him, tell her the manager is not coming back until tomorrow. I told them I can speak Spanish and I understood everything they said. They got quiet very quickly. As a consumer, I am warning everyone watch the registers and the quality of your food. H-Mart Naperville...DO BETTER!

First time: "you're not that sick, just get the stuff in the aisle" Second time: "we dont carry ANY decongestants behind the pharmacy counter" I'm an asthmatic and my doctor has stressed that what works when i'm very ill is WHAT I SHOULD TAKE. What works? the "nuclear option decongestants" what doesn't work? the crappy no better than placebo stuff that they sell in the aisle. I'm currently crafting a complaint to corporate as we speak. Yes, its in a neighborhood where people are less... financially flush. But that does NOT mean that my husband should have to drive to a further pharmacy to get me medication that my doctor recommends so that I can stay out of the emergency room!!!!!! It would be one thing if it were different people helping me behind the counter. It isn't it's always the same 2 people. Then this time I went A step ahead and used their note section when I re-ordered my refill. In the note section, I asked them to check to make sure they had the right manufacturer. Then I typed in the manufacturer I use and they still couldn't manage to read my note and filled the wrong one. What is the point in having a section to write to them if they don't even read it?

So as patrons waited outside of the convenience store, people were pumping gas and wondering why the store wasn't open... After around 10 minutes the store opened and I went to use the bathrooms and they were the most disgusting bathrooms you've ever seen in your life... Men's urinals filled with crap... The toilet wouldn't flush and one Indian worker at the register.. Disgusting! This place needs to be overhauled and that buffoon who owns it needs to be kicked out! This is a part of town with some very nice hotels and this is 7Eleven is a disgrace to Aurora!!
