The toilet wouldn't flush and one Indian worker at the register.. Disgusting! This place needs to be overhauled and that buffoon who owns it needs to be kicked out! This is a part of town with some very nice hotels and this is 7Eleven is a disgrace to Aurora!!

After she printed the receipt it said I used 93 @ 3.99 gallon. I told her I didn't use 93 I used 87 and she said I was wrong and said the receipt was right. BEWARE. I will research further to see how I can get their pumps checked out to see if they have gone through measures properly. I will post my results.

Watched the cashier struggle to get this done in less than 5 minutes for the lady 2 ahead of me in line, I had already invested 5 minutes to the one before her. Saturday evening 12/9/2017, 4 people in line. Waited for what seemed to be 15 minutes for my turn at the register. Never made it, after a point decided it was time to leave, left my items and walked out the door. My guess is I would have been there another 5-10 if nothing changes. On my way out saw that they decided to open another register. So they had the personnel, just no motivation to provide reasonable service. I don't think it unreasonable or unrealistic to be in and out of a convenience store, buying a soda, in less than 20 minutes, at the worst possible time. It wasn't that busy. Will give Walgreens one more chance. This location probably not. Happens at another location, will assume either Walgreens POS systems are designed to fail, that they do not have any standards in place or enforced with regard to queue times, or just don't care. CVS is a little further, and 7-ELEVEN has beverages. Maybe I'll just vote with my pocketbook, would suggest anyone reading this to do the same, when greeted with poor service. Chains need to hear this feedback if they are to change. If they don't read Yelp, and only care about profits, then send the message to the profit loss report. My 2¢

Buttons in pump consistently get stuck adding more numbers than intended. Overall makes it for a bad experience. I pump gas with a company cards and it turns into a fights with numbers pad. I am basically standing on gas, grease and grime while pumping for what it feels like over an hour. Just to get in the vehicle and smell whatever I was just standing on now in the vehicle. Thank you

Gas prices are a bit pricey truthfully in my opinion. Staff was really friendly but it lacked a few things that I know a few Thorntons have that I'm accustomed too. Overall, solid reccomend especially when it's right off the road.
