I just experienced the rudest gas station employees ever. My tank is on empty. I went there with my…read moredebit card. I swiped my debit card in the machine and it kept saying declined. When I went in again to the gas station itself it again said declined. I have money in my account so I called my bank. My bank told me that BP put a hold on my card for $107.53! Why is this!??? I didn't even get any gas. When I tried to talk to the gas station employees about this, they were rude, non empathetic, and even tried to ignore me! I asked them to call their manager because now my card had a hold on it for 24 hours and I have no gas. After they pretended to call somebody and said she wasn't available and told me that They couldn't do anything for me and I had to wait 24 hours, I left, not wanting to give them any more of my business. Stay away. They are totally rude and are an example of what Customer Service should not be. I also had to file a dispute with my bank in case BP doesn't give me my money back. I tried calling corporate to talk to them about this, but none of their numbers work.

I normally don't Yelp gas stations but feel I need to call something out here. First, it's a…read morelarge-scale clean well run station with a great car wash and nice drink and grocery selection. They also have a burger bar, sandwiches, premium coffee etc. Well done. However, what I have noticed over time and don't appreciate is that unless you are requesting a car wash when you make your gasoline selections, you are otherwise constantly asked to "see the cashier" for your receipt. Since I need my receipt for work, it's an ongoing source of irritation. The receipt printing machines obviously work fine since I get get the receipts from the pump with the car wash code without issue when ordering a car wash. So, I can only surmise that this is purposeful in order to get me to go inside the shop and hopefully make an additional purchase. Most of the time, I have to stand in line like a schmuck while people buy lotto tickets, etc. So not only do I purposely not buy anything, I now mainly by my gas across the street at a competitor station and only buy there when in want a car wash since their car wash is better than the other stations. Short of this stunt, this is a 4+ station. However they are sacrificing their service level to me to force me to go inside for my receipt, which I do not appreciate. (Especially in the rain or cold weather).

Buttons in pump consistently get stuck adding more numbers than intended. Overall makes it for a bad experience. I pump gas with a company cards and it turns into a fights with numbers pad. I am basically standing on gas, grease and grime while pumping for what it feels like over an hour. Just to get in the vehicle and smell whatever I was just standing on now in the vehicle. Thank you

The speciality coffee machine most of the varieties have been out for two weeks now. The outside always is a litter field. It's a crap shoot if the hot sandwiches are available.
