I informed the employee of the promotion, and asked him to observe the sign that supported my claim. He looked at the sign and said that it was wrong and would not honor the price. I asked him to remove the sign because it was misleading. He refused and charged me the regular price for a quantity of one. I expressed my displeasure with his tactics, and said that I would not ever purchase anything else from that location. His response was, " I don't care, and it means nothing to me." The staff through out the years that i have been coming here has always been kind to my little brother and just children in general. It feels like when you step into that 7- Eleven that the staff truly cares about you and how your day is going and never get tired of their job and take it out on customers. They always offer you a bag and have a wide variety of chips, candy, beverages, ice creams, road trip essentials, coffee, SLURPEEs/ICEES, and always have a great attitude. Although many people may have had bad experiences with staff, you should not take it personally, and put yourself in their shoes. Some may not know how to speak english or have had a hard day at the store dealing with all kinds of people and issues. We never know what is going on, on the inside but they still show up and do their job well. Although many could have had issues with the food such as coffee or rollers, that is not normally the employees fault, and if your looking for good quality coffee go to starbucks or dunkin across the street. The coffee is fine and drinkable but it is still gas station coffee so don't have too high of expectations and then complain when they were crushed. This 7/11 makes everyone feel welcome and on a nice summer or spring day with friends and family at least one of us ask "do you want to stop at 7/11".
