I went in the store knowing very little to walking out with confidence on vaping. She took the time to see my interest, which lead to her opinions on which way I should go on my vaping journey.. My first two initial visits with this place were actually quite pleasant even with my 2 star review. That's the only reason I'm giving it even 2 stars. My third visit, however is the reason I'm giving it such a low score. Long story short, I dealt with a guy that was quite rude and shrugged me off. I came in with a tank that was leaking bad and he basically told me I was shit out of luck. Instead of even looking at my tank or trying to help he just started trying to sell me a new one. Lastly was telling me that the tank I have is notorious for having this issue, yet they sell them in this store anyway. Also this store's prices on mods and tanks are outrageous. If you're coming here, don't get anything besides juice. Just from that one bad experience I will be going to other vape shops instead. read more

The people are extremely friendly and nice to talk to. I only gave three stars because I feel like I was lied to. I went in there Sunday August 11, 2019 and was looking to get something refillable to replace my juul. The girl told us about the smok nord. We asked about prices on everything we would need like the device itself, replacement coils, juices, ect. She told us the nord was $30, the coils were $10 for a 5 pack, and the juices were on sale 3 for $45. It was late so we told her we would be back. I went in today 8-13-19 to purchase and I was charged $35 per device (I bought 2) and $15 for the coils. The only price that was correct was for the salt nic juice. I feel taken advantage of. I was really starting to like this place but if I'm gonna be lied to about prices I may find a different location to get my products from. read more

This place sucks, one of the main guys I see there all the time couldn't even do simple math when I gave him 50 cents because I was low on money on my card. I had to tell him what the total was because he got extremely confused. the main reason why I gave 1 star is because they have horrible juice loaded with sweeteners, this causes your coil to go bad after just 1 or 2 days of using it. never buying my juice here again. its literally a scam just to keep you coming back for more juice and more coils.
