Hello, so I have recently bought 2 disposables from you all and after 2-3 days after use they stopped working. The oil is still full its not yet gone and I've tried charging it and its not lighting up as if its charging and the chargers for sure work because i use them on the daily for my other electronics. This is honestly the most progressive smoke shop in the city of joliet. The employees really try and help, and always work within your budget. No one working in this shop wears a mask or any other PPE. I have gone in here several time over the past few months and every time, all the employees are not wearing any kind of face masks. Been here quite a few times, previously left a review several years ago now, that was very in depth, explaining some of the negative experiences i have had at this shop. That review was somehow deleted off of yelp.... Anyhow i came in to get a new pod device as my koko had finally given out on me. I was greeted by my least favorite employee, who has been working here for multiple years, i told him i was looking for a koko and he kindly explained that they do not make the old kokos anymore, i asked what he would recommend(huge mistake) he pulls out the new version called the caliburn g. Unfortunately this new device had a MAJOR flaw with it, the button on the side of the device is so sensitive that it fires while in your pocket even if you turn it off before you put it in your pocket. I pulled the device out of my pocket last night and the coil had burned so hot, that it melted to the plastic of the pod, ruining the device. These employees are not knowledgable of the products they sell, nor do they care about your concerns or questions about these products. Very negative experience yet again at this place. Would not recommend spending your money here. Another thing. Attached is a picture of the charger that comes with the caliburn g. Which he failed to mention is not only a different type of charger from my old device, but also that its obnoxiously short. Just some advice for the employee: explain how the device you are trying to sell to someone differs from the device they have been using for a long time. Its crazy to me how this guy still works here. He is not helpful. read more

The absolute worst experience I have had at ANY storefront small business. The arrogant, condescending little man working on Saturday morning at 10am will be the reason for this otherwise decent place to go under. Apparently exhausted after doing nothing more than unlock the door, he could hardly be troubled to get off the gross looking couch (definitely dug from a garbage or some dudes sketchy basement) and greet a customer. After raising his voice to cut off every question before it was finished and his "sleazy used car salesman vibe", I was ready to leave but not before being insulted for my "nauseating cigarette smell"(I Began the exchange by telling him I was in desperately need of help for quitting this embarrassing habit). Beyond the final straw, I grabbed my old equipment, drove to Vaporz and spent $265.00 on the right gear, but more importantly, the right knowledge. read more

Wanted to switch from cigarettes to vape, and a friend recommended this place. I'm glad I listened! The guys that work at the shop were very helpful, explained the vaporizer to me, got it hooked up, made sure I understood how to use it properly. They didn't make me feel like an idiot in the process either. To my dismay, I awoke the next morning to find that oil had leaked out of my piece and all over my bookshelf. Took it back and explained the problem, the guy behind the counter took the time to go through the whole piece and make sure everything looked okay and was tightened completely. Woke up this morning to a clean bookshelf and a full vaporizer. Was very pleased with their service and selection, will definitely be shopping here again. read more

The guy with the red beard was helpful from the start. I have never used a vape pen and he was helpful with getting me a cute dainty one. He never tried to up a sell by trying to take advantage of me not knowing what to buy. Also..... after i purchased my cute little number he set it up showed me how to refill it and even gave me a discount. If you trade in your pack of cigarettes for your new purchase... it's 10.00 off. Now let's talk about the owner.... he walks in... very friendly, clearly a close relationship with his employees and he and i had a fabulous conversation.
