He says come back later and I'll do an even exchanged. so I come back after I get off of work and still end up having to pay for a new one when all I wanted to do was exchanged it. so my one trip to this store ended up costing me $60 i will not be going back here and I will make sure everyone I know is aware of the horrible customer service that happened here.
