Immediately upon entering you're hit with the wonderful scent of cedar and tobacco. I'm usually a fan of the walk-in humidors (for quality) but really appreciated how well organized the wall humidors were, which made it easier to browse. I love the spaciousness of the store and the selection of accessories was decent and well displayed throughout. I gave a 5 star rating largely because Rich was so friendly and accommodating which really made us feel welcome. Also, since I stopped in with the wife, I was able to drop a few hints on some Christmas gift ideas. We'll definitely be back! read more

Stopped in during Swedish Days. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly and the store is gorgeous. All products are in glass cases to protect the delicate products. Although I don't smoke, I was very impressed with the owners knowledge and the ambiance. Will return soon to learn more. read more

Stopped in the other day after lunch with a friend. Store manager, Santiago, was very friendly and helpful in guiding us to some favorites at the right price point. He took time to listen, which helped guide us in the right direction. Kind of an "undercover" gem in the heart of action on 3rd street. Recommend dropping in and at least having a chat. wow who knew that a little town like Geneva would get a stellar cigar shop such as this? Walking in, you get a beautiful smell of cedar and tobacco leaves - no smoke - which is nice because I hate the smell of a burning cigar! There is an overwhelming selection but if you don't know where to start, the staff is very helpful. They have popular choices as well as rare cigars! Something for everyone! Stopped by this shop to pick up a couple cigars and was left with a meh feeling. I'd give it 2.5 stars if I could, but 2 will have to suffice. The selection was what you'd expect in an average place. Couple high end cigars but no selection that made me want to run back and buy something. They have some Cubans around, doubt they're pre-embargo (based on the price) so I'm not sure how they can sell them, but if you're into that head there soon. You don't find those around much. The shop is big but the humidors line the wall and that's where I give a 2 rating instead of something higher. In general I find shops with only the wall humidors have cigars that are a little dryer than what you'd find in a walk in. This was certainly the case with what I bought here. They were a little dry and burned unevenly. Also, I assumed in a shop this size you could smoke in there, but you can't. Probably a city ordinance. If you live near by and need to grab something quick, you won't be disappointed. If you're looking for a wide selection and consistent quality across the board, you might be better off somewhere else. read more

I usually come once a week to pick up a cigar or two, and I have never been dissatisfied. Not only do they sell high quality products, but they also have affordable prices for them too. Ok, I'm not a huge cigar smoker, or a really frequent smoker to begin with. But, every now and again I will break out a hookah or cigar. We were passing by here and it sparked my Dad's attention (he likes cigars every once in a while too). If you like cigars, or know someone who does, this is the place to go!
