Best Vape Shop Around! Called to see if they had the vape I needed, and although they did not the employee called me back to let me know he couldn't find it but had some alternatives. When I got to the store I was pleasantly greeted and the young man let me try the vape he was suggesting, he literally bought it himself to let me try it! This is the absolutely best service I have ever had in any establishment! This was above and beyond, and I will never go anywhere else! Five Star Service and Product!! read more

Went here to buy a hitter box. They where asking $25, double what other places charge. Drove a mile down the street to Tobacco Mart and got one for $12.99. This place is a rip off!!! read more

The shop has a huge array of stock. The employees are all around awesome. The owner is super nice and always chatting with customers. My fiancé and I drive here, from Elgin, about every other week for our supplies. Best selection of cigars/glass/and novelty supplies around. read more

Didn't feel valued as a potential customer, I have burnt my last coil so bad because zero vape shops are selling my coils Uforce voopoo. The guy who answers the phone says he has a voopoo coil, just can't talk to me about it because he has a customer in store. People who rush to get a customer off the phone does not care for the value of that customer, and to be the potential to be a weekly customer on my end. the guy who answered the phone is stuck up, rude, and snobby. my opinion get better staff who actually know a thing about vapes if you are selling vapes in your store. If y'all don't you wonder why your vape products are having lowered sales while the guy is there, like seriously dudes a joke, doesn't know different coils etc. couldn't even tell me if it was magnetic or not ( due to me needing a non magnetic coil) read more

I paid 26 for a vape that costs 21 down the street. The employee behind the counter gave me the wrong flavor. Opened it without realizing it was the wrong flavor and cannot exchange. Literally within an hour of purchase and not used but the vacuum seal was broken. So double check whatever they are handing you because the employee was clearly incompetent. For the record, I told him the flavor and pointed to it. Still hands me the wrong one. I didn't think I'd have to triple check before opening. Lost a customer for life. Go to best in smokers world down the road. Save yourself some time and money. They have better customer service too. read more

Decent spot. Got what I needed at a decent price and the brunette lady there was also decent looking. That's what's up.

Went to try and troubleshoot why I was burning out my coils so fast but they clearly just wanted to sell me something after I had already previously purchased 5 coils from them. I ended up troubleshooting it myself and I didn't even have to spend a dime. They also sold me 0mg nicotine vape juice after I asked for 3mg. read more

Great place to get USA made tobacco products, and service is very good here.

Really good selection, clean and organized well and the man who helped me was amazing! Super friendly and made sure I got what I wanted.

Do not go here. The staff who work there are not helpful in any way, shape, or form and all of their product is extremely overpriced. No returns or refunds on anything for your vape, little to no help when something goes wrong, and they probably are selling clones for what an original one would cost. Never shopping here again, and I don't think anyone else should either. read more

Great shop, lots of variety of vape juice, glassware and tobacco. Best smoke shop in the dekalb area by far. Very helpful staff too.

Bought a vape from him and a week later, it was leaking. He gave another one and the battery stopped working after the second day. I went back to get a refund and the clerk said they don't give refunds. I am done going here. read more
