I said "so I'm pretty much just out 70 bucks?" and the response was "yeah." The guy that waited on me didn't even issue me a receipt (although I AM able to pull up the transaction on my banking app), I won't be back. You can't tell me that you run a business and from time to time there isn't a piece of faulty equipment. If it would have been $10-$20 I wouldn't give a shit, but $70 is a decent amount of money to expect quality glass. Disappointing to say the least.

For my past few visits here, I've been charged anywhere from $25-$45 for the exact same brand and product that I've been buying since I started going to variety smoke. I dont know what happened or why I was charged so much today but I hope it was worth the extra $18 they got because im not spending another dime there or going back ever again. Just be aware that if you go here, depending on what day it is, that theyre going to charge you whatever they want. Again, same product I've always got since I've stared going here, $25 my last two visits, $35 the two previous visits before that and $43 today..... Something ain't right here!
