I then tried to plug the charger, that came with the item, into the item but it didn't fit, it was too small. Instead of messing around with it, I brought it back to Batavia Smoke n Liquor. So, I thought it was going to be no problem to exchange the item for a new one but instead the rude employee decided to jam his charger into the item and broke the metal connection on the item. He then said there was nothing wrong with it and gave it back, I took it home , plugged it in an nothing! I took it back the next day and the same rude employee said he could give me another item at half off. I said, no, that wasn't fair, I shouldn't have to pay for something that he broke. So he called the owner in to talk to me who was even rudder than the first guy. I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life from a store Owner! He wouldn't let me explain my reasons for being there. He cussed me out, He made me feel like a thief. I hope he's proud of himself that he lost alot of good customers. I have alot of family that lives in Batavia that used to shop there. They will now be going to the other little liquor store up the street. They are much more friendly. And there's a new smoke shop just west of it. So, needless to say, I left the store being cussed out by the Owner and out $45.
