My entree choice was Pulled Pork with BBQ Diesel Sauce, hot, fresh with perfect amount of heat in the sauce. Accompanied with corn bread and Mac and cheese. Plentiful amount of food for $11.99. I love this place. I used to go to the one in Portland all of the time, even though I was 45 minutes away. The Windham location, albeit on the small side, is perfect. We've never had an issue getting seated. We even went at 6:30 on a Saturday and only had to wait maybe 10 minutes. I walked to the bar, got a draft, sat back down, and before I was through my beer we were sitting down. If you haven't been to Binga's, their wings are as good as wings get. Their sides are excellent. I always get my wings with some coleslaw, and one of their sweet corn bread sides (good lord it's like a steamy, sweet biscuit of love). Try the buffalo nacho wings! Craving wings or possibly tenders then forget about the big chain spots like Buffalo Wild Wings and come to Bingas instead. While a small location this place has the local wing bar/restaurant vibe down. Not a ton of seating inside but they do have some outside available when weather allows. Also takeout is frequent favorite for a lot of people as well. Often times the takeout line window is always busy. Reasonably priced food with local brews available on tap as well as cocktails. What more can you want then a cold beverage and hot wings. Highly recommend the taco wings as they are so good. Then for something different go with the popcorn chicken quesadilla (with your choice of sauce). Speaking of sauces, Bingas has plenty of options spanning the whole scale of weak and sweet to burn your mouth hot. I personally would recommend the redneck sauce as it is a maple Buffalo sauce. Wish that there was a beer / wings pairing, but the bartender does his best to give you something that he thinks would be good with your meal!! I've tried quite a few wings here... Food has been made incorrectly on multiple occasions. Binga's is a bit pricey for what you're getting. I understand accidents happen but if you mess up an order, you should fix it. Bingas Windham tried to hide their mistake rather than fix it and that's not cool. Whoever made my order ( 6 traditional buffalo tenders) put the correct chicken on top then put the chicken they incorrectly sauced on the bottom as to hide their mistake. I have been all over the country and have wings from all sorts of places. This is the first time I have ever had Blanch. I am not for sure who ever come up with this but it was the worst concoction ever tried to put on chicken wings. WOW please offer RANCH. I also guess your world famous fried pickles are only world famous here. Everywhere I have ever been they are fried dill pickle spears or chips. The ones there are bread and butter and do not go with being fried. So I was by myself and told them i could sit there by the front door at the bar bc I do not want to take up a 4 top. So I sat there for about 5 or 6 min and finally ask a waitress if I could get a menu. And ask for a soda. Got the menu right away but then after another 3 to 4 min I got the soda. It was dropped off and then the waitress was gone. Then finally flagged the waitress back down and ask if I could order something to eat. Ordered my food and then was served the food. I had drank the soda by the time my food got there and before I could ask her for more the waitress was gone again. So i walked to the Bar and ask for more. They looked at me a little funny but had more to drink. Besides the the tinders being ok it was not a good experience. I am going to give the waitress the benefit of a doubt maybe she was having an off night. Or maybe she had too many tables at one time. But unless Ranch is offered then it will be prob my last time. read more

Heck yes!!! What can I say Bingas is a little piece of heaven in Windham. The servers are extremely attentive, the food is what I would call scrumptious, and the manger goes above and beyond to make sure guests are satisfied. Some may complain about parking issues but I say it's great for population control, you don't have to worry about waiting hours for a seat. Went and asked if I could have the bbq pulled pork in a wrap. Waitress goes "no we can't " so I say "really? You can't just put the pulled pork into a wrap with the Mac n cheese" she goes "no we can't there's nothing we can do."..... We have visited this location in Windham Maine on two occasions and both times we have had nothing short of horrible experiences. The food was ok but more importantly the way we were treated was Inexcusable. The person at the front was rude both times. He has the most pompous rude attitude than I've ever seen in all my years of dining out . Whoever this moron is should be fired . If he is part of the ownership team he should be ousted . The golden rule is treat your customers with respect and kindness . When you make a mistake own it . Period . Compared to other binga's location a total disappointment. Our waitress was great, but the food just wasnt up to the standard of the Binga's in Yarmouth or Portland. The fries were way too salty, the hot mango sauce was much more vinegary than usual, and we watched the food sit in the window for five to ten minutes because the kitchen didnt finish it all at the same time.....so our pasta was cold-ish by the time it got to us. Pulled pork was mushy as well....Oh well! One other important note--They do NOT have a full Binga's Winga's menu--No ribs, no fried broccoli (those are our two favorites), so maybe call ahead and see if they have what you like before heading to that location. I was really hoping that the new Binga's location would be a favorite for us since it's a little closer to home....Unfortunately we wont be back, and instead will head to North Yarmouth or Portland! read more
