I drove 20 minutes to return the ribs. The person working the window showed no remorse and said that most people like them cooked that way. I asked if she had any with less crust and was told no. I am amazed that the people working there think this is an acceptable dish to serve. Was given a partial refund, but still feel very unsatisfied by both the horrible food and the callous attitude of the staff. The truck refused to credit my card for the return and insisted on giving me cash, that is not how I wanted to be reimbursed but no cares from the server. I am sure they will not miss my future business, but they should be ashamed to call themselves a BBQ joint serving such food and then trying to defend it. It's unfortunate because I was told by many people on social media to go with the ribs. Believe me, I don't have a problem letting them all know about my bad experience.

I ordered a half rack of ribs, the pulled pork and their bacon cheese burger. The ribs had a nice smoke flavor to it, but the fat was not fully rendered down so sit was a bit chewy. The pulled pork was a bit on the dry side and needed some sauce to help rehydrate it. The coleslaw and potato salad along with the cornbread were actually the highlight of the meal. The burger was was good too and hd no complaints about that. I am sure to get the true BBQ experience you need to eat-in, but I was not as impressed with them as I have with some of their competitors.
