Went back down there, now and couple hours later, the same people were there and said there was nothing they could do. they tried to sell me another device, $15. This is a TRASH return policy. This place sells spoiled drinks and expired food…read more I live next door and have had 3 experience with buying expired or spoiled products with the last one 2 days ago that pushed me over the edge. I purchase a chocolate smoothie from this place two days ago, and when I opened it, it was spoiled. When I went downstairs to return it and exchange for another product, the person behind the counter took a picture of it agreed with me, and in the same sentence, blamed me for being spoiled, saying that I should've opened it and drank it in front of the person I purchased it from. Seriously who would do that!? He then referred to my wife outside of her gender told us we were on private property took our name and phone number down and said he would give it to the owner and then most likely threw it away because the owner has not called. This is the third and I repeat third time we have gone downstairs and into the store and purchase the product that we have had to go back and give to them and tell them it is expired or undrinkable or uneatable because it is spoiled. The owner either does not care or does not want to change the way they store or purchase their products or change the people that they have in their store because if someone takes the time to go into the store and tell them "hey this product is expired, you might take it off your shelf." And the person who works in the store, literally tells you you are the problem and the reason why I spoiled while you're looking at multiple spoil products still on the shelf that they openly and knowingly are selling to other clients and customers the only thing you can do is report them so that this doesn't happen to other people note to the owner, you might want to respond. And we recorded the whole exchange. To the owner. I'm reporting you in 24 hours. I know you were shut down before. This one will hurt. Because I'm not letting this go. You might want to respond.

Avoid this place at all costs. The product sucks. The prices suck. The people who work here are EXTREMELY RUDE P.O.S. As someone who lives nearby, I'm sad that this business is here. It feels like their employees are poisoning what's supposed to be a chill, friendly neighborhood. I can't speak for all of them but the few employees I interacted with are the worst. A couple employees are outwardly homophobic which makes me think that they're probably racist and sexist too. Read the other 1 star reviews and spend your money somewhere else. To whoever is in charge of this store: you really should fire some people before you start losing money. Although from the sound of how bad your employees are, you probably are already losing money. read more

I may edit this to a One star review .. Depends how they handle their mix up :/ I'm in Canada and order some Raw product online .. shipping was pretty fast but 2/3 of order was incorrect .. They sent me the wrong longboard and the one received had numerous holes in plastic wrapper and 3 black scuff marks :( not nice for piece you want to hang on your wall plus sent the board.. As soon as I walked in, I heard the man behind the counter--who I believe is the owner--loudly making racist remarks about Mexicans. Then, to my disbelief, he used a well-known slur targeting the LGBTQ+ community. I spoke up and said, "I don't like that talk over there," and he responded by telling me to "get a life." As someone who is both queer and part of an ethnic minority, I felt disgusted and completely disrespected. This is a diverse neighborhood, and to hear that kind of hate coming from someone representing a local business is beyond unacceptable. I used to recommend this place. Now I'll be warning people to stay far away. No one should have to experience this kind of verbal abuse--especially not in a space that's supposed to serve the public. There are better shops out there where human decency still matters.
