Went in this past Sunday looking for a couple cigars for a party I was at. Being from out of town I didn't know the area too well, but this place was close and seemed like it would work. Unfortunately it did not. The cigars looked dried and old, not sure if the humidor was working properly or a random lot of them had a bad seal, but didn't look appealing. They had a wide range of tobacco and pipes, but that wasn't what I was there for so it didn't do me any good. read more

She assumed I was a tourist at Pechanga and ripped me off... not realizing I am a local resident who would have given repeat business had she not scammed me. The lady working wasn't wearing a mask. They only had 2 choices for 510 batteries. Pretty lackluster shop. She also charged me $2 tax on a $20 cash sale, WTF is tax 10% here?? tried this place 3 times and bought a vape from a woman, i thought the price was reasonable but 3 months later the product was not working. went back to see what they could do for me.... the young lady that was there was not customer friendly. she told me that they was nothing she could do but again i have them another try, purchased another product and within 3 weeks the product stop working again. their customer service was not customer friendly and by the way she was not even wearing a mask. will never go back to this establishment. i found another place that has great products and excellent custom service. i will never go back ever read more

Always good service until yesterday, when the owner gave me my money and one of the hundred dollar bills didn't look right, I question the owner and she told me it was good. Well I went to Pechanga and the one Hundred dollar bill was counterfeit. The bill was taken from me, from the security staff. I Went in thinking they would take care of it. THE OWNER KNOWINGLY GAVE ME A COUNTERFEIT ONE HUNDRED DOLLAR BILL, and told me that it was my problem. I will be filling a police report and calling the Cal state lotto office and filling a complaint. very disappointing and i will be doing everything in my power to insure everyone i know to go elsewhere. Yesterday was my official last time going back after trying to see if things will change. Why are there always 4-5 employees behind the counters and only one taking customers and the line starts to get backed up. Why are the girl employees giving dirty looks to customers and giving mean girl energy when they are "helping". Why are the guys just standing around talking to each other while the line is backed up with 6-7 people waiting. I understand it's a dispensary but atleast make it a dispensary people would like to come back. The past few times I have walked through the door the energy has been negative and the energy from the bud-tenders is unwelcoming. Nobody wants to stand in a 10 minute line to be treated dismissively by a mean girl or a guy that rather talk to their coworkers instead of actually helping.
