The customer service is next level horrific; the employees especially the men are rude unprofessional and have a projected sense of "you're wasting my time" vibe... Also on one occasion I felt like I was being watched as I was shopping for items in the humidor and upon exciting and to my absolute surprise I realized that I was indeed being watched on a ring like camera streaming to his personal phone. Like don't get me wrong I get that profit margins are close, but this shop and the attitude of said employee's are absolutely horrible. 0/10. I will never go back to that place for any purposes ever again. Find yourself a home shop someplace where they care about the quality of customer service cause this place ain't it nor is it worth the micro-aggression it levie's upon it's customer's is absurd. Today was only their soft opening so the selection is limited, and when I say limited I mean... very limited. Not even a handful of mods, and I'm not talking expensive mod like Nemesis, Chi You, Biomech, Atomic, etc. I did see a few low end mod but thats about it. Juice selection is average but give them time and this place will be fully stocked. I didn't get a chance to ask any of their name because at the time I was the only customer so 4-5 staff were bombarding me, kind of makes me feel special but I'm sure over time I'll be lucky if I could get someone's attention once they become popular. Why 4 Stars? 1) as of now the place is still brand new so everything is limited, i might change it in the near future. 2) it was pretty dark in there so i couldn't see much around me unless i squint my chinky eye (HEY, i'm asian so i'm allowed to use that word. You try saying it and someone might slap you until you're cross eyed). And finally, the most important reason, 3) i was testing one of the staff knowledge and i was a bit disappointed that he kept having to repeat my questions to other staffer for help. It's really important to know the difference between IMR/ICR or which battery to use while doing sub-ohm vs ohm. But i guess i can appreciate the fact that he ask other's for help rather than make things up, then i would probably give this place 1 star.
