I reviewed a number of posts prior to writing mine in an attempt to find solidarity and found I wasn't alone in my experience. Basically I bought a 6.00 glass pipe from their closeout area. I used it once, cleaned out the bowl and a piece glass broke off inside. It was to large enough to remove from inside and my concern obviously was that I might inhale glass in a subsequent session. I figured this was a no brainier exchange with LIABILITY written all over it. The manager said it could not be returned because it was used. Buyers beware here and take your business online!! Obviously proprietorship here is as complicit as the employees they hire. There is a lot to be said about the glass wear house. We spent well over $150 on two electronic cigarettes and replacement pieces and three bottles of "e-liquid". Come to find out, the flavor they gave us was wrong, really wrong. The flavor they accidently gave us was disgusting and smelled like rotten fruit. We didn't realize this until we got back to Corona from the store in Temecula. We then had to drive to the Riverside store where the man who was "in charge" didn't want to help us. He said it wasn't his problem that they gave us the wrong flavor, and since we didn't know the level of nicotine it wasn't his problem. Reluctantly, he gave us a new bottle. While the lady who worked their offered to fill mine up for me, the ring around the ecig broke. And guess who doesn't sell the gaskets for the ecig that broke? The Glass Wear House.
