Great vibes. I didn't catch the name of our budtender but she was extremely helpful and knowledge. So friendly. We walked out feeling like we just made a new friend. Will be back! read more

Old products, bad customer service. Do yourself a favor and continue down the street to Cake House.

Haven't been back until today (3 years later) just because I was in the area and needed new pods. Complete 180 from my first visit, security up front was super friendly and checkin was quick. When we entered, we were greeted and assisted quickly, employees were super chatty, helpful and friendly, they had a special on their pods but 2 get the 3rd half off, so I got a great deal as well. If all my visits could be guaranteed to be like this, I would highly recommend and become a repeat customer! They also take cards now, 3 years ago I was told cash only and your employee was nice enough to let me know the pods had a 7 day warranty on them in case any of my batch were defective. read more

Janelle is wonderful! Great customer service and options. Will be coming back again soon

Great location, friendly and knowledgeable staff! Will be back soon for grand opening event!

Always good when HALLEY is hosting us!! Stiizy has the most dependable stock and the best discounts.

5th visit. The ladies there always take care of me. Thanks you Breanna for your help today. You were amazing and patient. I'll see you soon!

The pods this brand makes is terrible! I've bought over 20 of these pods and they still clog and you have to pop the bubble. Even after popping it the liquid comes out from the top. Has happened to all the pods I've bought here. They say there's a 7 day exchange policy but I do not live close to exchange these pods and the quality has seem to go down throughout the years with this brand. DO NOT BUY PODS FROM STIIZY ITS A WASTE OF MONEY! Going to plug n play and never looking back! read more

They don't honor deals that they send out and have online!!!! I will not be back! They sent out a text message with a buy one get 1/2 off deal and have it posted on their website. I go to use the side deal and they say that it's not valid anymore. It was only for the day prior the day that it was sent out. Even though there is no expiration date listed on the code that they sent via text and the code is still listed on their website and weed maps. They don't wanna honor the deals that they give out I'm never returning. read more

Halley is my favorite in Wildomar. Please don't ever let her leave. She's knowledgeable friendly and remembers me every time and what medicine I enjoy. I see her an go right to her when I can. I literally cannot say enough good things about Halley. She is #1 and I have been going to this location for a while now. I won't go anywhere else. All staff are professional and knowledgeable and it doesn't feel like an old school shop. It's classy and functional. Best shop around read more

So I got caught up in a run around here. Last Saturday I received a good deal on some Alien Lab carts. I stopped in the next day, asked the dude with ear gauges if they had the same deal going., Gauge dude said yes, rang me up, only to find out the deal is on Saturdays in February only, until the 22nd. Cool, no biggie, I'll just return Saturday. I show up today, only you be told the deal is on Thursdays. HUH?! I stood right there and was told by the blonde chick with glasses it was Saturday, today. I didn't fever dream this interaction. What I DID do was waste time. I'm not sure what happened here but educating the staff would be fantastic. Making customers chase around for a deal sucks. read more

Janelee was very helpful I got what I needed also really loved her energy I would return.

I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from this store. They sold me flower that was almost 7 months old. The package date was 2/18/25. Why would they even have flower that old on the shelf. On top of that, they refused to exchange my bag or give me a refund. I will never go back to this place ever again. They have sold me old flower too many times and I'm done read more

Not anxiety friendly... or friendly for that matter went in on my 21st birthday after going to dispos around the area which all offered and gave discounts and or goodie bags which is very nice never expected but always nice. I asked the budtender if they did anything for birthdays he proceeded to laugh and say what do you want a high five in the rudest tone ever that even my bf was upset in the way he said it. We could care less about a discount or a goodie bag but there was other ways to say no and not be rude. It being my first time in a stiiizy store was not good. The guy proceeded to laugh afterwards and continued to make jokes about it and being sarcastic till the end... as a person who smokes a lot because of anxiety a reason a lot of people smoke i will not be returning to stiiizy any time soon... read more

This is my go to place, from the moment you check in with security to the bud tenders. Everyone's very friendly. Today I had Haley who provided exceptional service. Im a regular customer with this facility. Usually go twice a week. They gave me the wrong product when i ask for a disposable pen. Well they gave me a pod. When i went back to let them know i had to be charged again for the difference and was also charged the fee to pay with my debit card again. They went to check the cameras that have no audio and said the sales person verified the product with me and the manager said well if ur a regular then you should know that the packaging is different. Also she-said i was on my phone and it was my fault they didnt give me the right product. I will never come back and spend the money i usually do at this place. I was so disappointed in the way they treated me. read more

Your employees are dumb to the strain's in your shop. Get people that are educated and know what they are selling to the customers satisfaction. I asked for indica and got sativa and hybrid,I kept asking for indica and she insisted to me that it was indica. STRAIGHT LIARS ONLY TO MAKE A DOLLAR read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I was never told about the return policy. I buy in bulk and was unaware that they had to be tested before the return policy. I emailed the email they gave me twice. They were suppose to get back to me after 48 hours and they never did. I sent a second email and even called them. I wasted my gas, time, and energy into to getting a replacement for the defective pod THEY sold me. Mind you I am autistic and this is just a real inconvenience and extremely unprofessional on their part on how they treat their disabled customers. read more

Trevor was super helpful and kind. I usually order delivery but coming in was great today. Amazing service as always thank you

Great customer service and excellent prices. Easy on and off freeway and plenty of parking

Me and my girlfriend used to go and spend hundreds all the time. I got recommended a disposable pen, and after some use, the battery died with over 60% of the wax unused (I don't take big hits). I go to ask for advice and complain but the clerk had a (not my problem) attitude and hurried us off. Ever since then I've never gone back. I had an issue with exchanging a product. when the manager informed me I couldn't be helped she laughed about the situation. it's already an unpleasant experience to be in but having the person who's supposed to be in charge make things worse by enjoying being a c*nt made sure I'll never do business with these people. I even left the product they wouldn't exchange there. I came here on a daily basis. honestly if you own a business hire quality people to work for you.
