I appreciate that this business does give Dmv the notice for pass. All I had to do was go the following day to one of those kiosk that have DMV and got my registration right away. Long story short - I did not receive any discount and when I told the owner he hadn't given me a discount....he assured me he had until I pointed out the price sign on his wall that clearly showed he had not. He then told me that everything has " gone up" and that he was less expensive than any other smog shop. That is not true. I had to listen to this guy bad mouth other smog shops stating they had "ripped off customers," but I don't see how he thinks he's any different. He could have told me from the beginning that he wasn't giving me a discount and then I could have left and found another less expensive smog station since his charges were higher than any other shop I've been to in the past. I let the owner know that I will not be doing business there again.
