He said it wasn't and started saying that he has never had issues in 10 years and he wouldn't come out because gas was too expensive. I am willing to pay someone (including him) to fix it, but opted not to go with him because he was speaking unkindly and accusing the other mechanic of being wrong. I am disappointed in the service and follow up. I would suggest going to a local shop instead of someone who travels.
