While I was there, I asked if they could take a look at my tire because I was hearing a noise. Turns out, it was a wheel bearing. At that point, I was told that they had not even started working on it. I then had to wait an additional 45 min., for the service to be completed. The biggest issue was the lack of communication. If there was going to be a delay, I would have appreciated being informed instead of being given an estimated time and then finding out much later that nothing had been done. What should have been a 45-minute to one-hour service turned into a much longer wait. Unfortunately, I left very unsatisfied with the customer service and overall experience.
