Had air conditioning service for two vehicles performed at this establishment. Cost was affordable and air conditioning is working. Also, they replaced my oil plan and did an oil change. I am satisfied with cost, service, and timeliness. read more

If you are searching for an honest and reliable car mechanic you need to visit this shop! Oscar the owner is awesome and really cares! He always takes care of both my cars. We been coming here for years. All of our cars and our kids cars come here for maintenance.

Came here for a check emission light on a Honda odyssey 2011. Oscar was honest and fixed the problem. I highly recommend for honest and quality work- they live up to their name. read more

Sad part is they could've had a really good review if they were more honest. Guy tries tricking people into paying fittings they never approved asked for or needed. They would be a lot busier if they were honest. Don't let them take advantage of you. read more

I used to get my vehicles serviced at this location quite regularly. I recently stopped by to inquire about some auto work. The first thing I noticed was the prices for basic auto services that used to be posted on a wall were no longer there. Now, one could argue that the prices were removed due to fluctuating costs, but my presumption is it's like that to merely enable the offering of seemingly random (see: higher) service charges. Apparently a six-quart synthetic oil change for an older domestic vehicle will run "$100" (unknown if tax is included) for "15 minutes" of work. Not only that, but it took about an hour to even come to that price as Oscar was busy ordering car parts and allowing his female coworker to literally stick a mobile phone in his face so that he could discuss personal real estate. I guess the customer comes last in this equation. I agree with another guy on here (or from another related review): all these Masi Dr. service shops appear to be straight trash now. read more

Lucky day for me. Smog check was performed in short order. Very convenient location with several auto service businesses adjacent. Recommend! read more

Thank you Oscar for working with me! You & your team are amazing!!!! Prices are fair, shop is well kept and you & your team are professionals! I had a leak and Quality Auto found it by conducting a diagnostic test and found another item that needed repair. Quality Auto was honest & fair with the diagnostic and price. Oscar, the guys who owns this business, was so honest and he helped me step by step with what was wrong with my car and really cared about getting my car fixed for me. On our way to a camping trip in Needles, our alternator gave out on us. We quickly looked for the nearest auto shop and after calling around at about 5 places, quality auto quoted us a fair price and their friendly can-do attitude won us over. Bear in mind it was Friday evening at 4 pm when we took the car in and the team quickly jumped on the task of replacing the alternator in a timely manner to get us on our way when everyone else told us we would have to leave it in the shop overnight. They got us back on the road in less than 1.5 hours and my v8 4Runner definitely called for at least 2.5 to 3 hours to complete. My family and I are forever indebted to Oscar and the team for their stellar service and professionalism. You guys deserve all the praise! read more

If i could leave 0 stars, i would. I would put a -1 star review. Me and my boyfriend had a terrible experience here. Big waste of money and time. Had our car here for 4-5 months and then got a call one day saying it was "fixed" picked it up and paid $1,200 and then next morning car wouldn't turn on anymore. They didn't even try to offer us a refund so straight robbed us !! They made us bring the car back and was in the mechanic for another 4 months and they did not call or try to update us at all. WORST MECHANIC PLACE EVER. DONT COME HERE ‼‼ read more

Oscar and his team do amazing work. When I need something done, I know it's in good hands with Quality Auto. I feared this recent job would've costed me a fortune, but Oscar serviced what was necessary and ensured I only paid for what was needed. Thank you again, Quality Auto! read more

My son took his car to be diagnosed on a fans not running they took 3 days to get back to me and when i went to pick it up and got home i saw a big scratch on my bumper called the owner and told him of the damage and he deny any liability and charge me 300 just to tell there is an issue with a wire going to the fans witch i already had told him when i drop it off . And took them 3 days to tell me the same thing and damage my car if there was no star option i would give zero star . read more

Beware. This place will know what's wrong after a repair is done. To recharge you again for another dismantle. Oscar seems innocent but not. Beware. Also missing parts on car read more

Brought my truck in to see what the issue is with it starting. I tested the alternator and battery (via triple a) before towing it to the shop. The shop called me the next day to tell me that the battery just needs replacing- $370. I went to pick up the car the next morning just for them to tell me I need to replace my alternator now. This increased the total repair cost to $800, after explaining that the cost is too much they miraculously bought the total price down to $600. I'm not sure what happened to the other $200 they were trying to charge me. I was recommended here but I will not be returning and I hope people read this and be warned before going here. read more

I shop around for while for best price to replace brakes on my ford transit connect, when everyone quoted me 500-600 , this place quoted me 400$ out the door, I added oil change and fix a noise that came under the van for 530$ all together, they were able to complete the work in a few hours, will definitely come back for any issue. read more

Keep calling cause I got referred here to fix my vehicle. They pick up and hang up without even seeing if I was a telemarketer or not. Don't know if that's how they run there business but I'm kind of skeptical if I want them to work on my car or not. Don't wanna give them 1 star until I actually talk to someone's so ima try to call again to see if they keep hanging up or not read more

This place has terrible customer service. I drove out of my way to take my truck here since they had good ratings and l didn't have to make an appointment. They kept my vehicle for a few days and never called to update me. Additional, I'm still having problem with my truck. I'm Very disappointed at the level of service and competence. read more

GREAT SERVICE!! BEST PRICES!! I brought my car in for new tires and alignment. I was helped by Oscar at the front desk. Very nice and knowledgeable. Friendly service, good mechanics and fair. I really like them.

I took my car in for a simple oil change nothing else. The poured an extra quart of oil in my car. Which caused it to misfire, stutter, and release horrendous amounts of smoke to the point where I can not drive my car on the street for 3 hours. read more

Dishonest. Be careful. They will change a lot of parts without your approval. Even though those parts were still in good shape. They do not know how to properly diagnose the problem and just try to replace as many parts as they can. read more

I brought my car in for an oil change! They have very reasonable prices Service was awesome! I will defiantly go back. Came back in today for spark plugs, axles and oil change! Very reasonable prices once again! Very friendly staff! Oscar was very helpful! And answered all my questions! read more

I have been meaning to post this for a while. But I am in awe with the service I received from Carlos at Quality Auto Complete Auto Repair. Before I brought my car in I was getting the run around from some many other places. I was frustrated and at my wits end by the time I called Carlos and boy am I glad I did. Carlos was exceptionally helpful. He told me over the phone everything I needed to know before I even brought my car down to the shop. When I arrived he was helping another customer and again, providing EXCELLENT customer service! He's thorough in how he explains things and he explains them in a way you can understand (even if u don't speak car lol). But, Carlos was exceptional with assisting me through my process. I am forever grateful for him assisting me thorough a very stressful process. read more

Quality Auto took care of me in a bind. Was driving my old pickup when it lost oil pressure across the street from Quality Auto where I parked it. I noticed they were open after I parked the truck so I ran over and talked Mike who was working. He didn't hesitate to give me some oil to fire the truck up and bring it over so they could inspect it. They took care of the issue with ease and got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time and a fair price. Thanks Quality Auto! I'll be back for another smog! read more

Professional staff, fast service. My car was making terrible noises while I drove so I took her here and they were able to quickly diagnose the sound- a piece of my car had fallen off and was hanging on for dear life and dragging while I drove so they were able to rip it off. So, no more noise! Also got my oil changed. I also got some quotes for additional repairs which seemed reasonable so hopefully I can come back soon. read more
