After spending $1500, I get told the jobs not done and they want another $500 to get it working and that's with a discount. I want potential customers to be aware of this.

Changing this starter cost me a ten minute YouTube video and about 20 minutes of work. A ratchet, an extender, and three metric sockets. Bananas. This repair was easier and cleaner than an oil change. I get it that it's a shop. I get that not every starter is going to be this easy, but you can walk over to a parking stall with the new starter and bang out two or three of these per hour if you're a professional. If you need quality Toyota parts quick, this is your next best thing to a dealership.

The problem is, after all that money was spent, the original issue I brought the car in for was never actually fixed. Instead, I was charged for repairs and services that addressed everything except the problem I specifically asked them to diagnose and repair. I had the work completed in September 2024. In December, I relocated overseas for business, and unfortunately this was my only vehicle at the time, so I couldn't leave it at the shop for an extended period while trying to get the issue resolved. The day after picking up the vehicle, I noticed additional issues that were not present before the work was performed. Now I'm back home, the vehicle has been driven less than 9,000 miles since the repairs, and the same problems still exist. The check engine light remains on, and the code showing is related to work that was performed by this shop. I understand businesses have warranties, but hiding behind a 1-year/12,000-mile warranty when the original issue was never fixed is extremely disappointing. I should not have to pay additional diagnostic fees for a problem I already paid thousands of dollars to have repaired. After spending nearly $6,000 and ending up with the same issue I came in with, I will not be bringing my vehicle back to this business. If you're looking for a shop that will actually solve the problem you brought your car in for, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere

My Type R has IRX 35% all around including windshield and looks super dark since the interior absorbs a lot of light. However, I included an interior shot to show how QUALITY tint is supposed to look regardless of the darkness (I can see easily at night). Time and time again I hear people try to penny pinch and get better deals elsewhere for worse product but Sage and their line of tints speak for themselves. You get what you pay for. Do Not take your car here for repairs!!!!! My elderly father who is a veteran took his luxury car here my parents have lived in Rancho Cucamonga for over 34 years and they would take their cars here all of a sudden this mobile has to be under new management and it is horrible!!! My Dad took his Escalade there for an oil change (mind you my dad know cars and used to work on them all the time) so when My Dad came to pick up his car oil change from the oil change Brian told him that his brakes and master cylinder needed to be replace over a grand worth of work, mind you these idiots did his brakes not even 6 months ago ? My Dad told Brian this then he said it was something else are times that bad that you have to mess up someone's car and then tell them they need fraudulent repairs?! I'm mean my Dad is damn near 70 and he is just not in the best shape to bend and get underneath his car and to top it off Brian then proceeded to call my father a liar but I'm sorry Brian I have all the receipts a will being going to the BBB with this one! You were trying to come up off of my parents because you a nice car and elderly people to be you victim but I watch out for my parents and this will not fly!!! Don't do business with this Mobile unless u want to be taking advantage of and disrespected. Bad Service. My husband's review was removed because he placed a review on behalf, which is not allowed by Yelp. So I am posting my own experience. I took our Nissan truck to be smog checked there. There was a "service engine soon" light on when I dropped off the truck. They did the test and it failed because of the "service engine soon" light was on. I asked them why did they do the test if the check service light is on and they knew it would fail. They said they have to do the test anyway. What ?!! They just wanted to make money off the inspection. I contacted other smog check places, Quick Smog in Montclair, Ron Shelly's in Rancho Cucamonga, and Nissan of Fontana and they all said they would not perform the test if the "service engine soon" was on because it would fail. It is evident by a lot of the posts here recently after my husband had posted that they are using fake names to post good ratings. I told them I would post my experience with them on the internet and they were ready and started a lot of fake posts. I think that also tells you something about their character. Avoid them at all costs!! read more

I've been going to Haven Mobil for service and repairs for seven years. They have consistently done a great job working on my cars over the years. There have been a mistakes made a couple times, but they were minor issues that were resolved without additional payment. I showed up on time. Only had one other person waiting at the time to complete theirs. Five minutes later, my vehicle was being taken in for the biannual test only smog check. He completed the test only small check in about 10 to 15 minutes, entered everything into the state computer and I was out of there within 30 minutes. The receptionist or main mechanic guy is named Ordell. engages in negative business practices, and when I asked why my entire transmission went out after replacing the spark plugs, he got loud and accused me of lying and told me they "fix those problems" and I know nothing about cars. Mind you, I drive a 2005 Volkswagen Beetle and take care of my car to the bone- after I changed the spark plugs because I reached the mileage recommendation, I chose this spot because they let me use a coupon I received in the mail + good reviews from yelp. After I got my car, there was shaking throughout the entire vehicle. At this point I called because maintenance comes with warranty. I had no problems calling and asked if I could bring my car back. Instead of explaining to me any reason for the shaking after replacing the spark plugs, I was charged a new amount in changing the spark plug wires. I went to pick up my car and immediately after I got in my car to drive off, Ordell (the mechanic) let me the know the car was still shaking and that I needed a motor mount (a new problem I've never dealt with even after staying up to date with my diagnostics. I leave because I start realizing this place accepts jobs without proper knowledge of all vehicles. The next day my car still has slight shaking and while im driving, the car won't accelerate any longer. I call and Ordell tells me over the phone that they changed the spark plugs good so I have no reason to bring it back. After getting a 2nd & 3rd opinion on the car, I was told the shop didn't do a good job replacing them and I should have them do it again. I explained this to Ordell in person when I went to take my car back and instead of cooperating he told me I would have to pay a $95 diagnostics test. BUSINESS ETHICS. Instead of walking me through the problem and explaining options or what happens, he gets loud and tells me my car has problems and it's not their fault. I never had these problems with my car and now these things are happening. It's unfortunate that I dealt with a faulty business and I would advise anyone to go anywhere else. You're better off not dealing with this place.
