The day I chose to take one of my vehicles the shop had no wait, (it was raining pretty heavily). I drove the vehicle into one of the shop stalls and waited inside my vehicle while the service was performed. I had reached out to several shops via Yelp on the project portal for a smog check and although Mena was not the cheapest I realized his service seemed very reasonable and he was very responsive when I asked any questions and was asking for the business. I figured the shops asking for way less money were going to try and okie doke me in the end. He was very kind individual and had me in and out of the shop within 20 minutes. I pulled my truck in and the technician had a couple of questions that I answered. He said he'd be surprised if it past so he hooked up a meter and showed me exactly what the problem was. At this point there was no charge, he told me how to take it out and drive it for about a total of 40 minutes or so and then bring it back. I did the driving I came back he hooked that same meter up and the issue that was seen before was gone. At that point, he hooked the machine up and sure enough it passed. I really appreciated him taking the time to check it first, and I would highly recommend this shop for all smog testing. read more

Don't go here ! My uncle went for a smog and his vehicle failed and they still charged for certificate fee when that's illegal! My uncle DID NOT even sign their invoice and they still charged ?!? I called and asked about the situation with my uncle and Mena was extremely rude for no reason when I was trying to get an understanding and simply ask why Mena did what he did. Again, charging for certificate fee is illegal when the car fails yet alone charge full price when my uncle did not sign their invoice. Definitely calling the state on these crooks !
