Fast, friendly, and efficient. I could not ask or expect better or faster service at a low price that included the certification. In calling around I found that some companies had an additional fee for the smog certification. When I arrived I spoke with Mario. He was extremely cordial and professional. This placed changed names I think. I showed up and no one was there. Waited a couple minutes in an empty waiting room that smelled like mj. Then left. I also called while I was in there to see if I was in the right spot and no one answered. Kinda got scared lol. Then left. Found another spot to get my smog. Oh well I guess. read more

I WISH I could give them 5 stars, I really do. BUT I walked straight into a hot box. (For those out of the loop, marijuana). Both gentlemen that helped me were high as hell. I don't judge, you do you, but maybe not in a place of business. Especially, when I have to go continue my day. That being said, I was in and out in under 20min. Cost me $40 with the coupon, but I won't be back. You have free time to do whatever you want, but leave it outside of a place of business. read more

Kevin was helpful and is honest about his work. They run a shop where the waiting room is well air conditioned which is nice especially on a day like when I went and was very hot outside. They have drinks and snacks for guests while they wait. They acted professionally and explained many things to me about the process. If you need smog check, check these guys out, you can't go wrong. What can you really say about a smog shop? I went there, waited 20 minutes, failed my test because of a defective gasoline cap. Came back the next day and passed the test. They charged me $60. End of story. read more

June 26th, 2021, took my 2002 Nissan Altima to get the required SMOG Certificate taken care of by PRO STOP Test Only. The business opens at 9:00am and I arrived a couple of minutes prior to be assured that I would not get caught waiting. I was promised that my car would be ready in 15 Minutes. Those two guys worked their magic, and I was out within 15 Minutes as promised! The office was clean and presentable with a nice sized TV hooked up with an Amazon Fire Stick, with a coffee maker and small refrigerator with beverages for their customers. Completely A+, top-notched service all-around. Will be returning for my next smog and would recommend to all friends, neighbors, and strangers in need of an establishment as theirs. Visited these guys a few months ago and had a perfect experience. I called to ask if they had any availability for a smog test that week and they said I was able to come in whenever suited me that day. The place is very small and was manned by two young guys who were both friendly, polite and genuine. As a woman I felt relaxed there (always like to point that out to other women!) They offer snacks/water. They saw to my car straight away and completed the test extremely quickly. Overall I'm very pleased with the service and would definitely visit again. read more

Super fast and easy! I came in as a walk in, and was finished in about 10 minutes. I wasn't able to print the $40 coupon because I don't have a printer, but they honored it anyway. This is the only smog check place I trust! I come all the way from corona and it's totally worth it. The gentleman that work here are amaZing. Jonathon has great customer service and they explain everything to you even when it's confusing. The wait isn't long at all. The most I have waited it 10 minutes. I bring all my cars here! And they even provide free drinks and snacks in an air conditioned room with a tv while you wait for your car to be checked. ! read more

Since his unfortunate passing, I continued to take our cars to Nick who took over. His customer service was great, however the quality of mechanics has dropped off dramatically since most of Steven's guys left. Took my car in for a "simple transmission flush" and drove it out with at 22 warning codes being triggered and no one knowing how to fix it. I drove it in to keep it in maintained in good working condition and had to drive it to another mechanic who says it might be a $1600-2000 fix. I called AA Smog to ask what they did to it and they say it wasn't their fault. I drove it in running great and drove it out with a rough idle, stalling and 20+ warning codes. I have no more trust in the new mechanics and will not be returning.

He completed the test only small check in about 10 to 15 minutes, entered everything into the state computer and I was out of there within 30 minutes. The gentleman was excellent with his customer skills made you feel at home relaxed. Also, the facility is very very clean. You're able to sit in a clean environment with a restroom close by. After looking at my tire, he told me it was a run-flat and couldn't be repaired. I explained multiple times that it was not a run-flat (I've had run flats in the past, I know the difference). I even showed him the spare in the trunk and confirmed the tire specs online, but he kept insisting and said it was against their policy because it's a high-performance vehicle. What was most frustrating is that he then pointed me to a shop across the street and said they might have a different policy for run-flats--again, ignoring that I had already clarified several times that this is not a run-flat tire. Disappointing for business owner, as I know that auto tech in the back would have taken care of it, but lost business bc of lack of knowledge of front desk staff.

I called all these spots say 29.75 and at the end of the day with all the added fees would cost be over $60 for a smog. I called and Kevin said its was 50 out the door no added fees and if my car failed I wouldn't have to pay anything!
