I had a great experience at this smog shop! I was in a time crunch to get my car smogged and my registration taken care of, and they came through big time. They were open on a Sunday during Memorial Day weekend, which was a huge plus. The shop is clean, well-organized, and the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing was very reasonable, and the service was impressively fast. I was third in line and still in and out in about 30 minutes! I'll definitely be coming back here for all my future smog checks and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quick, reliable service. read more

Being a woman, walking into an establishment that has anything to do with cars is beyondddd intimidating to me. I had been putting off my smog for far too long and finally had it done today at Smog king. Chris was absolutely great! His customer service, professionalism and ability to make me feel comfortable was refreshing. There was zero "mansplaining". My car didn't pass because I needed a new intake boot, he showed me the piece that needed replacing, told me where to get it and how the piece comes apart, I also received paperwork to speed the process along for my re-test. After 2 hrs of driving to 2 autozone's for the part, I girl powered, replaced the part MYSELF, I came back and my car passed. I'll def be recommending all my friends and family here. My retest Smog was extremely quick took less then 20 mins (there were 3 other people in front of me when I came back) read more

Excellent customer service! They got us in before the scheduled appointment. Easy location.

Went to Smog 1 (another place). The tech, Mohamed, didn't pass me because I needed to get an emissions label that my car didn't have. Called my Honda dealer to get them to print one for $15. Came back two days later and he wasn't working. The new guy said I didn't need the emissions label to pass the smog test (annoying) and said Mohamed noted that it didn't pass due to catalytic converter being tampered with. I told him it was stolen 4 years ago and I got it replaced. So it obviously looks tampered with. And I have had a few smog checks since then. He said I needed to come back when Mohamed was working (a week later) and he couldn't re test me for free. I couldn't wait that long, so I ended up going to Smog King. They were wonderful. Was in and out in 20 mins with no problem. Should have just come to Smog King in the first place! read more

Great business, will use again but wish I knew about there online special before stopping by. Great people and great service.

Came in at 9:00 on a Thursday for an appointment. Gave Brad the repeat customer appreciation $20 coupon and told to wait for 15 minutes. Car was done before the estimated time which was great. During payment, the $20 discount wasn't included and I told Brad about it. He was apologetic and offered a $40 off the next smog check by writing and signing the same coupon which I gave him. We'll surely be back not just for the discount but for the quick service and courteous demeanor of Brad. Also will be recommending this service to people we know. read more

These guys were amazing! My regular smog station was booked and my back up didn't have the tools to service a 91 Toyota Land Cruiser. I went all over the area and no one was able to service such an old vehicle. I called these guys like 1 hour before they were closing and they were able to help me! They got me out of a bind of trying to smog test my car in the last minute and I am so appreciative of them! Definitely using them for my other cars that need smog in the future! read more

The hours are posted until 6 o'clock. I get there at 5:45 and they say they're already closed and they have a sign already on their door. A guy sees me and says well yeah because the smog takes 20 minutes. If that's the case , you should advertise this on your website that the last smog you'll do is at 5:40 so I don't spend 40 minutes driving to get a smog to be turned around. One might say don't come in the last half hour but I have a very tight schedule and I was trying to make this work. super frustrated read more

Just needed a smog test. Really liked this location. Quick service and simple to figure out where to park & where to check in! Strike 1. Brought my car in with the wrong paperwork and they knew it and still performed the work and charged me $68 Strike 2. Brought in the right car and the smog checked failed. I said ok, please fix it like you have on the past. They informed me that they no longer do that work. So now I have to go elsewhere. Payed $68 again. Strike 3. Got the work done and returned for a re inspection. For an 8am appointment, they finally showed up at 8:12 with no apology for being late. $14 later, I finally have my smog completely. I'd never recommend going to this location. read more

My husband went to 2 other smog places trying to get a quick smog; 1 turned him away due to having to run a personal errand & the other places smog machine was down. He then remembered he went to Smog King in EDH last year with no issue. He went to the Roseville location this time, & they were incredibly friendly, quick, & affordable. Got the smog testing done in like 5mins of arrival! It's been about a week since he went, & we opened our mail & found a HANDWRITTEN thank you coupon postcard! Like what?!
