They communicated what to expect, timelines, and any unexpected issues needing to be mitigated. They were quick to respond to any questions we had regarding the project. The product is amazing, but without professional installers like Rene's team you have to ask yourself, do I like the look of wood, everyone does! It's all about their installation technique. Then also sanded our cabinets and stained them.... Masterfully done... every one of them is the exception to the industry. As a retired Certified Kitchen Designer, I did a complete design with shop drawings where required, so they had no work to do with that. I wanted frameless cabinets and was told their cabinet maker was well experienced with frameless. Turns out he had no idea how to build a frameless cabinet. Sammy Khatib told me he would become a Brookhaven/Woodmode cabinet dealer, then told me he did become one. It was a lie. I was told installation would start mid-January. Nothing. Then told mid-February. Nothing. End of February. Nothing. Finally beginning of March. When that didn't happen, I said I want out and I want my money back. They have my deposit since Nov. 4, 2024 and it is now July 2025. You'd be wise to go elsewhere.
