At that point, I was told it would be another 20 minutes. Had I been given an honest timeframe from the beginning, I could have gone home and returned later instead of wasting my time waiting in the store. I completely understand that machines can be slow or that delays happen, but clear communication would have made all the difference. To make matters worse, when we returned, Jacob was yelling across the store while he and Jessica were whispering to each other.
