We are very disappointed in the service we received. Before hiring Marcial, I had two simple…read morerequests that I confirmed were going to be fine. 1) Come at a regularly scheduled time or give us a heads up so we know when to expect you. We have pets that all use the fenced yard and need to be brought inside or have bathroom schedules coordinated. We also work from home so meetings are difficult during loud mowing. The company followed this for a few mows but then it quickly fell off. The last time they came, which was late and without notice, it was an hour before we had 10+ people showing up for a cook out in the backyard. They mowed quickly and left before the guests came but they didn't edge because they didn't have time. They said they'd come back to finish but they didn't. Since this was their fault, I didn't think I should pay full price for that service so I asked to speak to Marcial 3 separate times across 3 weeks but never heard from him again and he stopped coming. 2) We have two pebble beds where the AC and Generator are located. I cleared before hiring that the maintenance of these areas would be included. They sprayed them with chemicals that weren't pet safe but otherwise did no maintenance and when I asked that they not spray near the vegetable garden and just weed eat, they stopped maintaining them all together. They also missed edging the driveway and side walk and were careless with their mows and the length they cut to. At one point, they burned a big streak through the lawn. Marcial and the team are nice enough but need great improvement in professionalism and more attention to customer needs and basic mowing etiquette. I still owe for the last mow but will need a response before I send any money. Pretty sad they'd rather lose that money and the customer than just have a conversation with someone who has never been rude or even short with them.
