I called Patrick and he came out and looked at it - caulked the window a little, redid the inside frame and said it was all taken care of. Several months later, I was having lots of bugs in the porch and mice getting in my house. I called Patrick again and he told me "to hire a handyman to come and do some caulking". Again a couple months later, we have a big rain storm and the window is leaking again. Now I am putting sticky pads out there to see where these bugs and mice are coming from. I had to call multiple times with no call backs and sent multiple texts but finally Patrick called and came again - I showed him the sticky pads and he caulked the inside of the porch, caulked the window on the outside and wanted to leave it for a couple months to make sure there were no leaks. So here we are today, I called Patrick twice to see when he could come back and redo the window. Well again there is no call back. I had a contractor come look at the windows. Well, he was not surprised that the window was leaking - there is no caulking on the windows and no caulking on the new siding and now there are gaps in the siding. When I had the porch done, I also asked him to install a motion light off my garage in the front. Three months after that was installed, it quit working. When he came to see the porch I pointed out the light. He told me to get a new light and he would install it when he came back to do the window. I got the light but Patrick never showed up. So, I had to pay someone else to install the light - which I already paid Patrick for and now I have to hire someone to finish the windows in the porch the correct way.

There were (3) separate jobs scheduled (deck, sunroom, flooring in sunroom). All of the work was completed before the projected date. Cons: 1. Building material options/offering on offer during the consultation period was limited. A) A 18/16 mesh screen was installed. We would've preferred a 20/20 mesh density to prevent gnats from entering the space. We had to re-install 20/20 mesh screens from another company at the cost of 1400.00. This was a missed talking point of discussion during the consultation phase in our view. B) The presented Trex board options for the deck was limited to 3 material choices. We would've preferred to see a larger variety of the deck colorway options (samples). The color sample provided for selection isn't as forgiving of foot traffic & surface debris as we would preferred. 2. The installation work was scheduled randomly. We received 'day of' calls to get the work completed. I think this translated into the work detail being rushed to meet the production schedule of other jobs. Some quality of the workmanship (finer details) went overlooked/lacking as a result. Ex. Gapped installation on the Trex boards primarily at corner edging in some instances (see close up pics).

I had to store a bunch of boxed items for a while, and this facility was less than 10 minutes from…read moremy house. I ended up getting a 6' X 10' climate controlled space. The indoor part of the facility used to be a supermarket or department store, so it is quite large. The whole place is clean, well lit, and the air conditioning is better than I expected. Nicely cool in the summer, and comfortably warm in the winter. My unit was on the end, right near the curbside door, but I noticed looking down the aisles that they are very wide, if you wanted to access your unit while the tenant across did the same, there would be no problem. The roll-up door worked smoothly, and the built-in lock eliminates having to buy or supply a padlock. There are always plenty of flatbed carts available. Not 24 hour access, but you can get in 7:30 am to 10 pm every day, holidays included. Office staff very friendly and helpful, and the managers live onsite. Even when the office was closed, a few times when I went to my unit, I saw one of the managers, so they don't close up the office and disappear. Although I didn't have a need for it, I noticed they have plenty of room for outside storage (like vehicles & equipment) and again, it is clean and well organized. If I ever need storage again, I will definitely return here.

Super thoughtful gift from the owner of the house and came in handy of those late nights with a newborn. Fast forward, we've been sprucing up the house, and decided to see what could be done with the rocker. FinishPros knocked it out of the park. They were quick and professional and well priced. A few days later, one of our kitchen chairs decided to break. What to do? I could spend $$$ on a whole new set, or bring it to a company I know will do an amazing job, and they really did.
