Really shoddy work and just terrible. They also repitched the gutters to the extreme just dropping the ends to make quick work of it and so they look terrible. They then left out gutter wedges that I then had to call them about and convince them to come back out to put back in. They said via phone I wasn't missing any but I was standing under my gutters at the time and looking up at the gutters and could see them missing. The crew also left garbage from the project around my house. The scrap from cutting out the gutters for downspouts was just left on the ground, the park of the deck they cut out they just dropped on the ground. Really really poor quality work overall.

I got estimates from six different roofing contractors, and Orange General Contracting gave me the best price while still providing everything I wanted in a new roof. They replaced my entire roof in just one day, starting around 7:00 AM and working until about 7:30 PM. The crew worked hard all day and did an excellent job from start to finish. The new roof looks great, and I was especially impressed with the cleanup afterward. They cleaned the property, ran magnets for nails, and hauled away all the old roofing materials. My main complaint, the sales person promised the crews would be clean and put tarps down to catch 100% of the debris, and we wouldn't even be able to tell they'd been here. Now we're four months past the install and we are still picking up bits of shingle, tar paper, plastic, and most egregiously, ROOFING NAILS in the yard nearly every SINGLE time we do yard work. In the first two weeks we picked up over a hundred nails from the yard and DRIVEWAY (come on, now!). We seriously found two more yesterday and two more today. It's NEVER ENDING. With the sales guy's suggestion we had them put in wide mouth gutter drains to help with the constant gutter clogging problems -- so what do they do? First they installed them wrong (oversized drains with standard drain holes does no good), so I printed out and handed the project manager installation instructions from the manufacturer. They came back out to redo it, but contrary to those instructions they used a ton of caulk, and also put caulk on every joint. Guess what gutter debris does when it hits a caulk. We also had them do some siding repair and had to be extremely specific about what we wanted them to do vs asking "replace anything that's rotting" which I would expect to be a reasonable request. I expected SO much more from a family company this old and established. Sadly, NOT recommended.

Tried to use regular concrete and didn't wait for it to dry before placing the posts. Nails sticking out, left a mess, uneven. The owner tried to gaslight md. I hired a second contractor who said 14 posts had to be replaced and entire gate to be redone. AAA sent another sib contractor to redo the fence, but the whole experience was awful. Very unprofessional and no supervisor on site to make sure work was done properly. 2 stars for at least redoing the fence. Terrible customer service.
