While the main part of the job was performed fairly well, the finishing touches were sub-par. It seems like they rushed to finish up and had some very sloppy cuts and installation of the trim pieces. We have two areas of concern (significant buckling outward of trim around exterior rear door and also around a window. After numerous emails (that were initially ignored) they finally sent out the project coordinator. He looked over the areas of concern, and promised us that a repair crew would be in touch to schedule the fix. This was back in NOVEMBER of last year. We never heard from anyone! Just prior to posting this review, I sent another email regarding the issue. We'll see what comes of it. If they make good on the repairs, I'll follow up with an additional comment to this review.

RSD Roofing did a great job replacing our roof this last month. Glenn came out as we had a leak in…read moreour attic as well as what we thought was our window trim, that ended up being water coming in from another leak from the roof above. He took the time to go into our attic and on all parts of the roof to verify where the leaks were and what was needed, and then explained the issues clearly to us. We already knew our roof was well past its life span (20+ years old) so while he provided us with options to just fix the leaks, he was upfront and clear about what that would mean as far as spending a lot for a bandaid. We ended up going with a full roof replacement, as his quote was very reasonable and his experience showed. After we verified what was needed, because we were about to go into another weekend of storms, he even so kindly took the time to go up and nail up tarps over our ridge leaks AND the leak above our window to protect us until we could get it replaced/fixed. This was BEFORE we decided to go with his quote, he definitely didn't have to do that, but it was a really nice gesture and gave us a piece of mind. He and his crew were able to schedule and come out the next week - the first 2-3 day stretch we had without storms finally, and finished our whole roof in that time. He kept us up to date on any additional materials they found that were needed (which he made clear in the original invoice notes before signing) and his crew was communicative, quick, and cleaned up the space when they were done, you could barely tell they were there (except of course for the wonderfully new roof!)
