Our shed was almost complete on Friday, but Lewyn would have to return for a few hours to finish it.

We also needed the shed to comply with our HOA rules, it needed to match the house and withstand the heavy winds we deal with every year. Due to supply chain issues and increasing costs of supplies we really needed to get a build scheduled ASAP. We scoured the area for a quality shed builder who could not only provide slight customization to suit our very specific needs, but also match the exact dimensions we were seeking in a shed. We found two that were rated the highest within NC, one of them being BAS Buildings. Unfortunately, we were unable to get immediately on the build schedule with BAS so we scheduled a build with their main competitor. We were pleasantly surprised when we were told BAS had an opening and could get us on their build schedule. We immediately cancelled the other build and scheduled with BAS. Working with BAS on the shed design and specs was not only easy, but it was also a very pleasurable experience. This is a family business that treats you like family and trust me when I tell you, they know how to build sheds! They used the highest quality of materials and made shed building look easy. The shed easily passed both inspections and they took care of everything, including overseeing the siding installation, all we had to do was watch. We ended up with the most attractive and highest quality-built shed in the neighborhood. We made some great friends and have a shed that will last a lifetime, I would highly recommend this highly talented family business. Service: Shed installation

First of all, I can not leave a zero star review on this format. I will explain why 1 star is…read moreconsiderably higher than they deserve. My horrible experience with Leonard/ Leer started in October 2018 at the dealer located on 5226 Fayetteville Rd Raleigh NC 27603. I ordered the Leer 122 with all options totaling $3,232.50. Approximately 10 weeks later, the topper arrived and I made an appointment to have it installed. It was at this this time when I learned that the manager had quit and I would now be dealing with Chris. I had already sealed my tailgate and installed a Bedrug prior to this. We had a very wet winter and I noticed right away that there were major leaks at both side windoors and the pass through as well. There was so much water intrusion that the water would run down under bedrug and drain out of tailgate hinge area. I made an appointment to have this addressed and spent several hours in their waiting room. After the next rain, the exact same thing happened.......major water intrusion. All the leaks were noted to be coming from window and windoor frames. They were obviously not sealed correctly. I made another appointment for "adjustments" to correct the problems. Again, several hours in the waiting room and I took it back home. The same leaks occurred at the next rainfall. Chris ordered new windows and I went to have them installed with a few more hours of my life wasted in their waiting room. Next rain ... same leaks. Chris decides that sending the camper back to the manufacturer should be the next step so I make an appointment to remove the shell and send it back. he explained that they get two deliveries a week and this should proceed quickly with priority. Also Leer was going to cut me a check for $100.00 for my trouble. Of course that never happened. So I check in week after week after week after week to listen to Chris's BS lies. He is a really bad liar because he can never remember the last lie he tells. Finally, it strikes me to visit the dealership and handle it face to face. My camper never left.........it was sitting in the exact spot where it had been removed.......I was absolutely livid!!!! So 4 plus months after ordering a camper that was specifically for fishing/camping I have nothing!!!! I demanded a full refund and recounted every lie to his face that I could recall in front of every customer there. The refund was granted after a lengthy discussion with the regional manager. The regional manager explained to me that this is an unheard of situation that I should contact Russel at 4239 Capital Blvd in Raleigh to get the shell I need to build my fishing rig. A lengthy discussion with Russel insures me that this is the exception to the rule and they are experienced enough to handle complications like I had. So my dumb ass orders the exact same camper shell!!! yep ! I sure damn did!!!! ALL THREE WINDOWS ARE LEAKY AF !!!!! This time the gas struts wont hold open the windoors!!!! What is the purpose of a 300 dollar windoor that wont stay open!!!! The pass thru window frame was totally crushed by the installer!!!! Leaks like shit!!!! I have a damn pool noodle between the cab and camper to mitigate incoming water. I have been to this location 3 times to try to fix these problems. Also liars and not one call returned!!! I have to call every damn time. Done with these idiot thieves.... DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE!!!!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT EITHER OF THESE PLACES!!!!! This shell is still under warranty but I'm taking it to Jack Of All Trades to fix it for $400 bucks.....Leer refused to pay for that.... idiots!!!! My name is Trey Rodgers and my number is 919-614-1968 please call me because this is only the tip of the iceburg. I will share EVERYTHING with you!!!! You better do your homework before buying anything from Loenard/Leer!

I went to Leonard with my newly purchased Toyota Tacoma 2016 with 41000 miles. I talked to Chris…read morethe owner/manager of the store. I bought a brush guard 6 led lights, and big winch, step bars and bug /wind deflectors. and a mat for the bed of the truck. the items I bought are high quality and were installed well by Jason. However, what should have taken maybe one or two visits for the install turned into 8 separate to the Leonard location in garner NC. Chris was misleading each time I spoke to him about the install of purchased items. every install took 3 or 4 times longer than he said it would. He was rude and would put me on hold to talk to new customers in the middle of our call about my truck or he would saw he was busy with a new customer in the store or on the phone and would call me back as soon as he was finished with new customer. he would never call back and each call I had to remind him who I was and that I had spent $5000.00 at his store..... also, whenever I asked him about another accessory that I was thinking about purchasing he would say he would research it and then NEVER follow up or return my call with the information that I requested or the price. So what should have been a one or two day install turned into 8 days and 8 separate visits. With no apologies for the misleading install time quotes and the 8 visits I had to make to his store. so my install took 3 weeks. other things chris did was put a new customer install before mine like every day. so it was not like I got to go back 8 days in a row, he would do 7 other jobs and schedule me after that even though I had paid for my items in full. it is not good business to start a job and not finish it then go start 7 other jobs and fit me in when it was convenient to him. Jpason , the installer is very good but he would start my install for day then stop half way through with it then go do a new customer job who just showed up that day without an appointment, made a new purchase that day and get out ahead of my job that was started two or three weeks ago! good businessmen start a job and finish that job before they start the next one!!!!! Jason was rude when I asked him why he could not finish my install job that day (all he had to do was re aim 4 led lights on the front of truck which he said he would do when he first installed them. it only took him minutes to do this yet he wanted to go do another install and make me wait hours to finish my job which only took 5 more minutes. great leonard products, shitty scheduling, shitty communication, don't give a shit attitude and rude. I will never go back and I advise you to go to the leonard store on capital --great service, great communication, timely install (done in half a day) nice, respectful, not a scatter brain and not arrogant. Chris acts like he is doing you a favor by selling you products and will get to it whenever he gets 7 other new jobs done first even though you were there first with a scheduled appointment.

I wasn't going to do a review, but since it had been 4 months and I don't have a functioning…read morekitchen or counters, I decided that it is paramount. I hired K Alexander Kitchen and Bath Designers to help me get my dream kitchen. I had formica laminates but wanted Quartz. I know that they're more resilient and less maintenance than Granite. I did my research and found K Alexander and met them in person. The showroom is beautiful. I was going to also add the bathroom tile replacement, too, after KJ Natural Stone improperly installed it but refused to fix it. I am having surgery in September, so I needed to get everything done. I was told that it would only take a couple of weeks. Aug 10, 2024, my kitchen is still incomplete. I thought they were a one-stop shop, and everything was done in-house. They subcontracted with Brian at Natural Gallery. I picked out a beautiful stone from MSI called Calacatta Laso Ora. The stone wasn't fabricated correctly. Some areas were matte and others shiny. The bull nose edge was completely rough and dull. I was told by Monica and Brian that the sheen or lack of it was because I kept my blinds close, and it was merely lack of light. MSI supervisor came and thought that it may be the light but also that it wasn't properly cleaned, and she noticed the edges weren't fabricated right. The faucet hole was drilled in my home, but it was off an inch from the center of the sink. I ordered a standard depth sink, but it seemed deeper than 9. I had an over mount in the laminate, so the depth could be different because of the stone height. I have major back injuries that I can't stoop or lean over a sink. The sink was changed out, but Brian ordered a single sink, not the 50/50 undermount. That was swapped out, and a dry bar 6 inch sink was installed. The plumber told me that it was too shallow and would cause water to spray all over and cause me to slip and fall. The bull nose was also a hazard because it allowed the water to cascade over the countertops, damaging the wood cabinets and eventually dripping onto the floor. Both K Alexander and Brian knew that I am a fall risk. The bull nose was recommended (even though it is an upgrade) as a safety feature by K Alexander. Brian's foreman wasn't particularly concerned about cleaning behind himself and he often rushed through to go to the next job. He was supposed to polish the stone for consistency but refused. There's a papertowel sheet in the drain to "block sewage fumes" I have Lupus so I can't smell toxic orders. I stay out of the kitchen as much as possible. He cut the brace in the cabinet that would support the weight of a full sink. I have to get that repaired when it is hooked back up. The seams and veins were off terribly. The plumber was so upset that this was the work that they expected me to accept. They were paid in full up front, so it wasn't that they were concerned with pay. When Brian finally agreed to warranty the county because it wasn't fabricated as the printout showed, he told me that the only way that he'd agree to remove the counters is if he could come get the existing, do a template at the shop and drill the hole there. Now, keep in mind, I was told that the hole had to be drilled here. Also, he had the template. I thought that he'd just try to fix the damaged counters and pass it off as the new stone. I begged him to leave the existing one until the other was installed and just do a swap. He said that that isn't how he did business and if I didn't like it, he wouldn't do the job. I conceded. Oh, I forgot. When he ordered the warranty stone, I asked for the ETA. He kept saying that it hadn't arrived. He would respond short and curtly so I started keeping texts and emails as proof. After multiple texts about the arrival, I called MSI. They told me that the slab was ordered in June 25 or June 26 and delivered within 2 days. Brian kept telling me that it hadn't arrived. I told him that it was odd because, MSI told me that it was delivered. He blamed the employees for not telling him. I questioned if he's the owner, shouldn't he know what inventory he had coming and going. I finally cut ties. I hired another company, and in 1 week of getting the order, measuring, getting a lazer measurement, and picking out the stone, it will be installed on Monday, August 12 with a full warranty. My sister asked me how do I always pick companies that take advantage of me? Brian did remove the counters, so that saved me money, but the frustration of having to wash my dishes in the bathroom since May has been stressful. I was blamed for changing faucets from a more masculine to a less bulky, but the maker is the same, and the hole was the same. Change orders are a part of construction, and unless they are major, changes are expected.

We checked all the countertop renovation companies (seriously all of them) around and natural gallery had the lowest prices of them all. There was a slight mistake in the sink cutout so she replaced and recut it immediately. We didn't love the color of the stone we picked out so since she had to recut-- she let us pick out another slab at no extra cost. I'm sure this was costly to her but it goes to show she puts her customers first. Her integrity is amazing and we will definitely use natural gallery for future renovations! FYI the stone we choose was a quartz called Carrara romance!
