He even pointed out where the original installation had placed the downspouts in the wrong locations, and how relocating them would be more esthetically pleasing. William cleaned the gutters and inspected the porch gutter. He discovered that water had been leaking under the shingles due to improper roof construction. For a reasonable price he replaced a section of rotted roof and shingle. Later that week it rained and I noticed that there was still an issue with water leakage. I called them and William came out that day to inspect. He made some additional repairs (about an hour of work). The next morning it was raining again. I inspected and found that water was still leaking. About 10 minutes later William CALLED ME and asked how the repair was doing and if he could come take a look. He spent the next 8 hours making major repairs and correcting major defects caused by the contractors who originally built the house. All of this was done at no additional charge. I am pretty sure he took a loss on our house, but he was determined to get it right and do a good job for us. That is rare quality in a repair technician/contractor these days.
