I was immediately contacted by William Wright who was quick to quote, extremely professional and informative. I had neighborhood comps for houses the same size and was expecting the worst, but absolutely thrilled when they beat the norm. He even offered to check for storm damage that would help me with the cost through insurance, but that was not applicable. They kept in constant contact, keeping me updated on product availability, left samples and worked on my timeline. They started the work on my main house, and a small shop in the backyard, that was in Horrible condition with 2 layers of shingles,( at least 3" of thick moss and pine straw) at ~ 6:30am, and finished in under 7 hours, leaving my yard cleaner than it was before they started. I had some unforeseen wood damage, but it was repaired by wood that was worked into the quote, and would have been refunded had not been necessary. A substantial crew that got up all the nails, blew off all the concrete and left No debris behind. They worked closely with the delivery of the product to my house, and the unused portion was removed before they even left. One very impressive point was they stretched huge tarps to the eves to protect all my bushes and flowers. I even had iris in bloom that were still standing tall when removed. My roof Was 25yo and in desperate need of updating with a high quality product with a longer warranty than I will ever need. I could Not be happier with the results and new look to my home!! PRICE The quote the gave me was in the middle of the pack compared to some other places I got estimates from so figured it was a decent value. SCHEDULING During the time the work was being done it was very difficult to get an answer about when they would perform the work. I had to keep emailing them to find out and finally after mentioning I might just go with another place they came through and did the job. WORK DONE The workers removed retaining wall stones around my flower beds without my permission. It would not have been a huge deal but I had spent a lot of time to level them and use cement and construction glue to hold them in place. I pointed that out and they offered to fix them but didn't. I had asked for them to install drip edge where it was missing on my roof. They did not install ANY drip edge and even left the old bits and pieces. I have seen more reputable places remove and replace all drip edge. When I pointed it out later, they tried to shove it up under the shingles but made a big mess out of it due to the gutters being in the way. It was such a huge mess that I had them just remove what they had done and I am left with no drip edge. They completely bent up the flashing that runs along the front of my house. I had just installed it a year or so earlier when replacing siding and it was perfect. It looks pretty horrible now and I will need to eventually replace it. I don't know why they didn't just replace it when the messed it up. One spot over a bay window was particularly bad. Instead of replacing it, after I pointed it out, the owner just came and installed a piece on top of the old mess so that it looked nicer. I ended up ripping that off and fixing their mess. STUFF FOUND LATER After some time I noticed a shingle was sticking up. I went on the roof and found that they did not nail in a nail all the way and it was causing the shingle to stick up. I fixed that myself. Worst of all, I was doing some work in my attic and noticed some plywood that had been water damaged. It was obvious that it was old damage. Part of the deal was that they would replace any bad wood and they just shingled right over this. WORKERS They did not speak English so it was almost impossible to talk to them without and I had to call or email the owner when there were issues. SUMMARY The shingles look nice and I haven't noticed any leaks so I assume that they will last me for awhile. But, the flashing work is horrible and the quality of the detail work is bad. I would never recommend this company or use them again in any capacity. I did not receive any warranty paperwork when the work was done. I am not sure how it works here but when I had my roof replaced in Texas I go a certificate so that if I had trouble I could get it fixed under warranty.

The biggest reason the other 6 didn't want to come out to see what the job really was. After he completed the work, he took pictures of EVERYTHING he did and took the time to explain it to me. My only minor complaint is that they estimated that the roof replacement would be completed in one day (on a Friday), but unfortunately, because of a different project, they started late on the Friday and had to continue into the weekend. Then, although the roof was fully replaced on Saturday, they didn't finish cleaning up until Monday. For example, they left the dumpster full of old shingles in our driveway, so we weren't able to use our garage until Monday afternoon. Not the biggest deal, but why over-promise? If they had just told me it was going to take 3 days, I would have been totally fine with that.
