They correctly identified that my roof had been damaged by hail roughly 11 months ago, and the USAA adjuster readily agreed. Replacing the roof was accomplished in a manner I did not think possible in any line of business: they CONSISTENTLY did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and in a manner that exceeded what I expected. After seeing how they work, how they stay in touch, how they show up, and how they are committed to doing things well and fairly, I can 100% recommend them. In fact, I wish I could award more stars because they deserved them. I particularly want to thank Drane, Ryan, and Bertin for their exceptional commitment to excellence and teamwork. Well done!!!

They were extremely responsive, showed up quickly, and were easy to communicate with throughout the process. The crew was professional, personable, and made me feel comfortable from the start. In my experience that's not always something you get with contractors. What really stood out was their willingness to go above and beyond to help resolve the situation. It's clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work. If you're looking for a reliable roofing and gutter company that you can trust to show up, communicate well, and do right by you, I'd absolutely recommend them. I'd work with them again without hesitation.

They replaced all the bad wood trim and window sills with PVC to end that issue and replaced much of the old masonite siding with Hardie plank. They even rebuilt our deck! Kevin gave us a fair and reasonable bid and was very honest with the potential scope of work. Although not the lowest, CPM's bid was very detailed and outlined each step in the process. The pictures really don't do this project justice. The CPM guys truly transformed our home. I can highly recommend them!

Really shoddy work and just terrible. They also repitched the gutters to the extreme just dropping the ends to make quick work of it and so they look terrible. They then left out gutter wedges that I then had to call them about and convince them to come back out to put back in. They said via phone I wasn't missing any but I was standing under my gutters at the time and looking up at the gutters and could see them missing. The crew also left garbage from the project around my house. The scrap from cutting out the gutters for downspouts was just left on the ground, the park of the deck they cut out they just dropped on the ground. Really really poor quality work overall.

I received a schedule for every visit they will make for the next year (approximately four times per year each for interior and exterior) with the specific services that they would perform each time. So far, they have been very prompt, good at communication, and the services have been absolutely meticulous. Small hiccups were resolved quickly. In addition to the indoor basics (window cleaning, carpet cleaning, wood floor cleaning, granite cleaning, tile and grout cleaning), they do a lot of little things like change lightbulbs and clean lighting fixtures and ceiling fans. Outdoor, they clean gutters, power wash driveway, roof and house, and do windows. They did a fantastic job power washing my decks and screened porches. They were also very tolerant of my animals and never acted annoyed when I had to move them from room to room to allow the team to continue cleaning.
