Within a half hour I'd received a response email and a phone call offering to show up at 8 am the next morning! The crew arrived punctually, moved some potted plants, cleaned our two-story home to look like new. and replaced the pots. The price was the going rate for a two-story average-sized house. Their less than one day turn-around time was a surprise. They could not have been better. By comparison, I'd first queried another another company. That firm took three days to respond to an online estimate request, quoting us $453! That's when I contacted Harte, who charged us MUCH less.

They had a mechanical issue with their pressure washer and Nikki proactively communicated with me to get that service rescheduled in a reasonable time. When Terry and his team showed up they walked me thru what they were going to do and asked if I had any questions. He led by example the entire time he was there, coaching his team to make sure my home was as clean as possible when they were all done. He treated our home like it was his own that he was cleaning. Would I recommend APW to a friend or neighbor? Yes, absolutely! Will certainly be calling them again to clean our home's exterior again when the time comes. Thank you Nikki, Terry, and the APW crew!

Trae was able to schedule our roof with only a few weeks notice, he personally delivered shingle samples to our house for convenience, and his service was everything his proposed it would be.
