Notified repair shop kept giving me the run around told me wasn't allowed on property and then had Norwich police reach out to me on a Sunday night @ 8pm to inform me to not contact the buisness or go on the property. Service manager Ron J. did not follow through with his warranty obligation. Truck ticks like a model A and is going through 2-3 QTs of oil every 3 days.. terrible shop terrible business practices. Basically Robbed by Rob rude disrespectful unprofessional. Had to have the Norwich PD contact me and tell me to not contact garage of go to property.. clearly they couldn't handle the job. And definitely not a one vehicle stop.. i would not recommend this garage to anyone crooks..

The place is so clean, well organized, virtually spot-less and the people were friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and right on top of things. It went off like clock work. Then within 4 days the interlock completely turned off because it lost power from all the wires being disconnected. I was stuck in the middle of the road and had to pay to get my car towed back to the shop. The shop blamed it on the interlock company saying the devices are old but it's so obviously the way they installed it!! I'll insert a photo of the wires and how dirty they left my brand new car. They couldn't even place a paper mat to keep my mat clean while they installed it? The owner Mark will dodge you if you have any problems. When I went to get the wires fixed, he wouldn't come talk to me for 30 minutes. He gave me his personal cell, and still doesn't answer my questions.

I walked into D&D today for the first time and asked him if he could program the origianal factory default values for the transmission (the fix I saw on a you tube video). He knew exactly what I was asking for, got his high end scan tool and had it done, including a test drive, in 15 minutes. My shift problem is now fixed and the transmission also seems to shift better between all six speeds. The mechanic who posted my answer on you tube, received many thank you comments, mostly from other mechanics, who wasn't aware of this option. I would recommend to go see Dave at D&D for any transmission issue. BTW: my car is 2013 Camry SE, 2.5 L, six speed A/T, 117k
